For the tenants, the entire front area of ​​the garden with private pool is available. From the pool area you have a wonderful sea view.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained, with a small fish pond and rich lush mediterranean plants.

The house has a lovely, well-furnished living-dining room (with air conditioning) 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a very quiet residential area in Calpe, Maryvilla.

Getting Around:
There is a small, nice sandy-beach about 800 m. Restaurants and tennis courts about 400 m. Supermarket 3 km.

Other Things to Note:
There are on the other side of the garden is a second house, which is inhabited all the year. The pool is not used by these people - and is at the private use only for the holiday guests. The intimate atmosphere is completely guaranteed, as the owners go behind the house to their area.

Internet available. For the winter month the tenants have a gas-central heating.

Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

The arrival and departure has to be on Saturday in the high season (its to request for other days in the low season).
