Eine schöne, zentral gelegene, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Kaffeemaschine, Wasser- und ..

Eine schöne, zentral gelegene, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Kaffeemaschine, Wasser- und Eierkocher, sowie Töpfe und Pfannen, alles ist vorhanden. Und sollte man sich nicht selbst verpflegen, die Lage direkt an der Einkaufs- und Restaurantstraße ermöglicht es, alles schnell zu erreichen. Selbst die Promenade und die Seebrücke liegen nur gut vom 400 m vom Haus entfernt. Trotzdem ist es, auch durch den seitlich gelegenen und recht großen Balkon sehr ruhig. Der KFZ- Stellplatz im 600 m entfernten Parkhaus ist schnell erreichbar und man muss nicht auf Parkplatzsuche gehen. Die Betreuung durch den Verwaltungsservice ist auch sehr unkompliziert und die Kommunikation sehr freundlich. Alles in allem eine top Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

ein schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zentral, dennoch ruhig und nahe am Wasser. Sie ist gut geschnitten/ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders haben mit die beiden überdachten Balkone mit Ost-Süd-Ausrichtung und Süd-West-Ausrichtung, also den gesamten Tag über die Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen - auch bei Regen. Ich würde diese Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen.
