The newly renovated cottage is located in a quiet street. Opposite there is a small park to go for a walk. The house has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. In the upper studio there is also a small shower room. The studio can be booked for a surcharge. In the lower part of the house there is a new shower room. and two bedrooms. There is air conditioning hot / cold in the living room and one of the lower bedrooms and air conditioning hot / cold in the studio. The large white kitchen has a dishwasher and oven as well as a microwave. The house is located about 600m from the beach. Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. As well as numerous leisure activities such as the large sports center (Tonus).

Soleil bien être détend

Une maison super,le petit plus la piscine, la maison très bien équipé,4 restaurants a proximité et un lidl ont peu y aller a pied sa c'est super ,sans oublié le restaurant a 10 mn en voiture vue sur mer excellent qualité prix. cette maison est vraiment bien situé aussi la ville de Dénia tout près, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances nous y retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir le propriétaire très sympa vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 😉

Schönes kleines Haus

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen im Haus Casa Ana. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, und besser als die Foto hergeben. Casa Ana ist bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und sollte doch mal, was sein kommt der Verwalter sofort👍. Ein ruhiger Strand ist in der Nähe, den man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Haus liegt in eine sehr ruhige Gegend, wir sind aber mit den Nachbarn gut zurechtgekommen. Wir werden wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße Familie Peters
