Come and truly enjoy what Florida living is all about. Great location. Located just minutes from Sanibel and great beaches, lots of Restaurants and Sanibel Outlet shopping mall. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo is a pleasure to stay. Full kitchen and living area very well equipped with everything you need. Master bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has 2 twin beds. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, 2 bikes, fishing rods ,cooler and beach toys. We also provide dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo and condition Complimentary American coffee and cream.
Quiet complex. With only a few steps through the garden you will reach the fenced community pool. Very clean and well mantained.

What a nice place to stay! This condo had everything we needed and including a kitchen that was well supplied with cooking tools. So very close to Sanibel and many other attractions. Super clean, super cute & super affordable. Owner answered all of our inquiries quickly and thoroughly. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend.

This is a nice, clean place that's just a few minutes drive to Sanibel Island without the cost of staying right on Sanibel. The place is equipped as described in the listing, with a convenient washer/dryer, some beach accessories and a pool just steps from the back door, though note that the pool is unheated. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

Great location close to Sanibel Island. Grandsons and everyone loved the pool. Nice quiet location. Kitchen supplies were good. Beds comfy. Lots of nice extras like fishing poles, beach towels, sunscreen, beach toys (etc). Would book again.

The condo had all we needed and more. We loved the handcart, the beach chairs and the beach umbrella! Communication with Pedro was nice and easy. Should we ever go to the Ft. Myers area again we would not hesitate to book this condo once more.

FMB REHAB PROJECT

The location was perfect for us as we are in the process of putting our home back together from IAN. Less than 10 minutes away and convenient to all of our favorite restaurants etc. We would stay there again soon!
