This studio apartment is ideal for a shorter or longer business stay in Lucerne. The studio has a spacious room and is equipped with everything you need for your work and leisure time. Wi-Fi Internet, TV with international channels, bed linen and towels are included in the price. All ancillary costs are also included in the price.

Thanks to a small kitchenette you can cook for yourself. The kitchen corner is equipped with two glass ceramic hotplates, a microwave with grill and baking function, a Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and toiletries.



Washing machines and dryers are available on the ground floor of the apartment building.



You live centrally on the Luzerner Allmend and have leisure and recreation opportunities in the immediate vicinity. In the nearby Bireggwald, for example, you can take a leisurely walk and enjoy the wonderful Swiss air. Here you can also take a hike close to the city, which offers a varied change of views of the lake and mount Pilatus.

The apartment is optimally connected to public transport. The bus stop Zihlmattweg of line 20 is located directly on the street in front of the residential high-rise. From here the bus takes you to the main station, the city and the lake in only about 7 minutes.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
