Our Private Roads are paved but steep in some areas; Drive slow and put in lowest gear when approaching home. 2WD is fine except in Winter when we recommend AWD or 4WD SUV for mountain driving in case of the occasional snow. (You will need chains, snow tires & 4WD in the case of heavy snow or ice). *Be sure to check the weather before booking and traveling in the winter.
