This 2,000 sq. ft Mid Century Modern ranch style home offers three bedrooms with abundant space and privacy between each room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, sofa bed and on suite bathroom. The additional two rooms are appointed with queen beds and one with a view of the pool and golf course. Located in between these two guest suites is a spacious bathroom with sunken in tub/shower. Twins Palms is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and an outdoor dining space to enjoy bbq or cocktails poolside. The outdoor living space has a conversation set, lounge chairs, and other seating areas as seen in the photos. Amenities include a garage with secure entrance into the home, large circular driveway, separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. If you must mix business and pleasure, you have the convenience of a portable computer desk as a workspace. The gorgeous floor to ceiling marble fireplace is centered as the heart of the home. We ask the fireplace to remain smoke free along with the rest of the house.

This is not a rental new listing. Owner has Superhost status on another popular vacation rental website that gets a majority of the rentals. Home is licensed for Short Term Rentals.

'Twin Palms Las Vegas' Is located in the historical district of Paradise Palms. The first master planned community in Las Vegas, designed by world renowned architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer & Krisel, Paradise Palms was once home to Las Vegas headliner entertainers, casino executives and mobsters.

The home has a Smart TV equipped with SLING and other free TV Options + you could utilize your own Netflix, Prime Video, etc. We have provided two Bluetooth devices, one for indoor and one for poolside. 1 Gigibit WIFI (Fast).

Amazing MCM House & Neighborhood

The house was perfect, all of the charm of the Mid-Century Modern house remained with modern conveniences. Only 1.5 miles from the convention center was very convenient. The host was very attentive and checked on us mid-week just to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend!!

What a charming home with touches of 1960s Palm Springs everywhere! The backyard with pool is worth the price of admission… so relaxing and what a fantastic unobstructed view it has! We would have loved an umbrella or two for the outside sitting areas as that sun was fierce. But in the late afternoon, when the sun goes behind the house, the outside pool area is the place to be.We must thank the travelers who came before us because they left us with a well stocked pantry… be sure to check out the spices, oils, etc. before you buy anything new because there is a good chance it’s already there.A safety grab bar would be a great addition for the shower with the bathtub since it’s a step down to get in and a step up to get out… and maybe some of those tub treads (I’m sure they make them in a retro motif to fit the vibe) as it did get slippery. And a hook or two on the door for a bathrobe would help, too.Lisa is super laid-back and very responsive to questions. Don’t hesitate to book this house!

Lisa and her husband were very good host , house is very clean and well decorated.,Aboundent supplies like:Shampoos ,conditioners and lotions are top quality.They have a lot towels for swimming. Location is perfect thee house backs to the golf club . Perfect view and great place to watch and listen to birds. If we come back to Las Vegas we will stay here. We highly recommend this property

If the shoe fits!

This was the perfect place for a recent stay for 3 adult male travelers attending a trade show. We hall had our own space, and the mid-century design was both interesting and pleasing to look at. The place had all the amenities we wanted for except TVs in each room. I would stay here again. It would be great for small families, or a group wanted to be off the stirp for some quiet at night.

Für uns als Familie war diese Location der perfekte Start in unseren USA-Urlaub. Weit genug weg vom Trubel, um im herrlichen Pool in Ruhe entspannen zu könnendes nah genug am Strip, um sehr schnell alle Highlights von Las Vegas sehen zu können. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
