About this property

Lovely 1 Bedroom Condo with Pool Ocean Isle Beach

Only a short walk to the beach, this newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is in a great location in a well maintained complex with an amazing water view of Jinks Creek. The private bedroom includes a king size bed, closet, and internet TV. This unit comfortably sleeps 4 with an upgraded gel queen mattress in the pull out sofa. Use our beach gear while spending the entire day at the beach and enjoy the sunsets from the deck.



Our newly renovated 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo comfortably sleeps 4, but can sleep up to 6. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of drawer and closet space to unpack everyone. Off the master bedroom is a large covered deck where you can enjoy views of Jinks Creek and the intracoastal water way. You will not want to miss a sunset from this view!



The living area has enough sitting for everyone to relax, socialize, play games or just read a book. The kitchen is fully stocked for you so you don`t have to fight the crowds at the restaurants. We also have enough eating space at the bar or the kitchen table.



The condo is equiped with fiber optic internet, wifi, and internet TVs in the living room and the master bedroom. Guests who stay with us also have access to our storage unit which has beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and bicycles to enjoy during your stay.



Guests will be able to access the condo & storage unit as well as all community amenities, including the pool.

What a wonderful stay! Craig was a delight to deal with and the condo exceeded all expectations. Beautifully decorated and located in the best part of the island. The views are spectacular and such an easy walk to the beach. Can't wait to come back!!

Lovely 1 Bedroom Truly Lovely

We could not have been more impressed with the condo. It was amazingly maintained, clean, and well appointed with everything you would need. Communication with owner Craig was flawless. It was more than we could have hoped for, and look forward to staying there again in the future.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Tastefully appointed with beach themed decor. Updated recently and beautifully done. They had every possible thing you could want from kitchen tools/appliances to toys for beach and beyond. Our stay was very enjoyable. The ONLY thing we didn't like was the battle to lock the front deadbolt. I think there's a trick to it, and we struggled.

Wonderful start to my thirties!

Check-In/check-out was so simple! The location of the condo is perfect, a quick walk to the beach and a fabulous view of the intercostal. The condo itself is so nice and so clean! I would 100% recommend this place and hopefully will be visiting again in the future!
