We absolutely loved this cabin! It was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfy. The jacuzzi was amazing with those views, they also had a bunch of pool towels which was very convenient. The game room downstairs was such a cool perk, we played pool every night, my son loved the bunk beds. The surroundings were so beautiful and location was perfect, away from the city cahos but close enough to visit all the attractions, there is a grocery store nearby too and the drive up to the cabin was not difficult at all. Instructions for check in and directions were very clear and everything worked perfectly we didn't need to contact the host for anything. We had an amazing time here and will definitely be back.

Host was great! Very easy to get in touch with. She responded quickly. Only gave 4 stars because of the fireplaces not working properly, the TV downstairs did not work, and the jacuzzi tub did did not work. Other than that it was a beautiful home and very clean. It is also close to Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Perfect location for us. We would definitely stay again.

Multiple issues. Lights didn’t work down stairs above bunk beds. Hot tub was leaking a lot ontoFirst level when we got there. Lights in hot tub didn’t work. Place was very dirty. The sheets in main roomDidn’t look clean. There was a dead bug on the bed. The blinds didn’t work correctly so you couldn’t open and shut and you are surrounded by cabins in every which way. All the towels were stained, the place needs a major deep cleaning. There was 1/2 inch of dust in places and we sneezed the entire time. Host was not very responsive after I continued to let her know the issues. She said she would send someone to do the hot tub 9-5, he showed up at 7 when we were all getting ready and trying to get out the door. It’s a great place but it needs a lot of upgrading and cleaning.

From glance cabin was correct from listing but wifi & power was in & out, outlets in living room didn't work, no comforter or blanket or cover on upstairs bed, no hot water in upstairs bathroom shower, tv remotes all needed new batteries (tvs dont work without remote or wifi or power), hot tub wasnt working, jacuzzi tub not working downstairs. Contact with host was easy & was gracious to call for repair man to fix all problems. Issues resolved for one day and then problems reoccured again. Wasnt able to see TN vs AL game! This wasnt such a rustic paradise for us. We did have visiting bears to stop by to say hello or we here for dinner.

Needs to improve

Our check-in was very stressful. We didn't have an access code assigned. The manager was slow to respond. The cabin is a 6/10. Many things need replacing. The bathroom towels are very old, stained, and smelly. The main bathroom has a strong sewer smell. We had to use air fresheners. There were no trash bags. People make a lot of noise in the surrounding cabins. Most of the blinds cords are damaged and can't be opened or closed.

Our experience started out a little stressful as we were traveling with 4 kids and our cabin was not ready at check in time, however we contacted the host and she made it right by refunding a portion of money for the trouble. The cabin is super nice and the cleaners did an amazing job!

Amazing!

The owner was very responsive to messages and very helpful. I asked if certain things would be available in the kitchen so I would know what to bring and she made sure that everything I needed was there so that I didn’t have to bring any cookware. The property is a great location right at the beginning of Gatlinburg and an easy drive to Pigeon Forge. Grocery is close by plus Trolly park and ride is close. Stayed here twice and will stay again.

Beautiful cabin/great location

We stayed 5 nights with our grandchildren and enjoyed the cabin very much. Everything was there as described, beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the hot tub and game room. We were close to everything in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The only drawback was the community pool. It was not in good condition during our stay. Our host made arrangements for us to use another pool that was close by. It was better but I let the owner know the maintenance was lacking in these community amenities. I would absolutely come back to this cabin in the spring or fall when a pool is not needed and I hope the maintenance situation improves for these amenities.

Perfect distant between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

Very Nice Cabin! Only complaint was cable and internet was not working properly. Easy to locate, clean and plenty room for 6 persons.
