Summary:
Be in the heart of the newest nightlife hub of New Orleans! Beautifully renovated historic home well-stocked with amenities & is walking distance to the French Quarter, Frenchmen, Bourbon, the Marigny, the Bywater, Treme, and the Mississippi River. One block from the streetcar that will carry you to Downtown, Uptown spots like the Garden District, & Zoo. A block from a grocery store, great restaurants, & prime nightlife, including a 24-hour karaoke bar across the street and 3 live music venues.

The Space:
If you have a big group, you can also book the nearly identical other half of the duplex. This is a newly renovated historic New Orleans house with original hardwood floors throughout, hotel quality beds and bedding, and every amenity. The living room has a daybed and trundle (becomes two twin beds for sleeping), a 55-inch Roku TV and Bluetooth soundbar, a bunch of local art, and comfy places to sit. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you need for cooking, eating, and drinking. Two of the bedrooms have plush king-sized beds and the third has a queen bed. The house dates to the 1910s and historic touches abound.

Guest Access:
The house has key-less entry and you will have access to the entire house. All three of the bedrooms are independent. The 1st full bath is attached to the back bedroom and the 2nd full bathroom can be accessed from anywhere in the house.

The Neighborhood:
Walk to the French Quarter, Frenchmen and Bourbon Streets, and the Mississippi River. Take a streetcar to discover uptown spots like the Garden District and Audubon Park and Zoo. Explore everything from restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops.

Getting Around:
The new St. Claude Avenue streetcar line is a block away and will take you anywhere in the city, including Downtown, the Garden District, Jazz Fest, City Park, the French Quarter, Uptown, Audubon Park & Zoo, and more. You can truly walk to almost all of the destinations from the house, but Uber/Lyft is also an easy option if you want to venture out of the neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
Located in the hottest nightlife hub of New Orleans, this house is ideal for guests coming to enjoy the nightlife of NOLA with great people watching and experiencing the hum of the city life.

Great place in the marigny
Cute house with super comfy beds and pillows. Enjoyed having the garden outdoor space when we needed a break from exploring the city. Convenient grocery store across the street too and great nearby restaurants!
