The final cleaning costs of 80.00 euros and a deposit of 250.00 euros are to be paid directly when the apartment is handed over/moving in.

Arrival time on the day of booking from 2 p.m. If the room is not occupied, an earlier arrival is possible, but this must be agreed in advance. Late arrival after 10 p.m. is only possible with prior agreement and for a fee of EUR 25.00. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m.

The prices include a set of towels and bed linen per person. Electricity is billed according to consumption. The deposit will be returned upon departure.
