Lovely apartment. Everything is exactly as advertised.

The property was very clean and tidy in a great location. The resort is very well kept with lovely swimming pools and a fantastic sea view. Loads of great bars and restaurants within an easy walk. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful property and location

Everything was excellent apart from the local key holder who pretty much did nothing from pre arrival to checkout. I called and messaged multiple times throughout the 5 1/2 weeks and received literal no responses to any contact or questions

Disappointment

The overall impression of this property is lovely!’when we go abroad we always try to stay in places like this. When we arrived we couldn’t find the property. Didn’t know if we were looking for a small apartment or a block. No one to greet us. We phoned and phoned no one answered as it was a no number tone. We went to the Nautilus and the manager tried to help. With his Spanish phone he still could not get through to the number. When we found the block we then had to find the way in . Security told us where the apartment was so we walked over and spoke to a very nice lady next door who tried to phone the owner, without success. It was late ,We ate at th Nautilus, looked for a hotel on the iPad and stayed the night in a hotel which cost 78 euros for the night! Next day we tried again. My husband had trouble getting the VRBO helpline and when he eventually did they told him somebody would be with us in about 1-3 hours. It was now about 2 in the afternoon. We sat on the table in the garden and waited. Allsdy turned up who said she was meeting us on behalf of a friend. We were pleased to see her. And she let us in the property but it had spoiled the beginning of our week. After that we had a nice time. It would be an idea for a small map of the area around the nautilus and all the blocks to be able to see the different names. We liked the apartment and loved that it was so near the sea and would definitely like to go back. I don’t know if the mistake was made by the owner or VRBO. But it was quite stressful at the time! Your apartment is lovely. We did not cook as we ate out all the time but the TV was brilliant as my husband could watch the World Cup. Thankyou and hope there is a bit of compensation as the hotel was quite dear. Thankyou. Lyndia

It was unfortunate, you had to wait, but there were 2 reasons for it. 1) you added a non existing phone number to the booking, so our key holder could not reach you for check in which was on the day itself as you just booked 1 day before arriving. In the end it was noticed you only posted local UK number without intl code...i think that is client responsibility 2) we only got message via VRBO mail on moment you were already there waiting, I read the mail few hours later in the evening, so impossible to prevent your wait time as we thought you were a "no show". Then the key holder was called to go on site. Although all were unfortunate circumstances, it was not quite in our hands. regards

A gem by the sea!

This apartment is pristine. We felt very relaxed there and being on the ground floor gave us easy access to the swimming pool which was opposite the apartments garden gate. There is still building work going on opposite but it didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Eventually there will be another swimming pool and jacuzzi to use but at the moment there’s only one infinity pool overlooking the sea and a very good sized children’s pool which is fenced off away from the main pool. Overall a relaxing stay by the sea.
