Classy King studio w/full kitchen, many amenities, in a direct oceanfront resort

Beautifully decorated King studio unit is located in one of the nicest resorts in the area! Amenities abound in this ocean front resort. This unit has beautiful sunset views. The kiddie pool is spectacular w/mushroom spill over fountains & the adults love the poolside Tiki Bar.
This room also has a full size sleeper sofa, a dining table for 2, full bathroom w/ a tub/shower. We also have coffee maker, 2 burner stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster & all necessary cookware.



Located just 2 miles south of our resort is The Daytona Lagoon, Family-friendly water park with go-karts, mini-golf, an arcade, laser tag & a climbing wall.

**Update** OUR POOLS ARE CLOSED! WE DO HAVE BEACH ACCESS, PRIVATE BALCONY TO SIT AND ENJOY, AND PLENTY OF SUNSHINE

OUR PARKING GARAGE IS ALSO UNDER REPAIR. WE HAVE SOME SPOTS IN FRONT OF THE RESORT AND ALSO A LOT NEXT TO THE RESORT

Cozy beach condo

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and overall decor of the condo. For the two of us for a few days it was a perfect size with all needed amenities. Large bed, cable, small kitchen with a toaster oven to heat up a late snack. Roomy enough for the pull out couch also if needed. The location of the condo and beach access was very convenient and the beach was clean. The host communicated easily with an early check in time for us and with providing the parking pass. We would definitely visit again!

Location

The check in was a little tricky... the parking garage was closed and the security was tough on allowing us to unpack at the front building.. parking was kinda crazy (gave a map and told do not park at Walgreens). Finding a luggage cart was near impossible, so I recommend bringing a wagon to get luggage to your room. Buy none of this has anything to do with the owner... BUT once we got inside.. the room was very clean and cutely decorated. The kitchen is small and not actually a FULL kitchen but was aqueqate for what we needed and was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The 4 pools, tiki bar and the access to the beach were all near perfect. The room is literally less than a 5 minute walk from room to having your toes in the sand!! The bed was super comfortable.. the ac works great... We would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back ourselves! The owner was quick to answer all questions!!

Overall great week

Overall great stay. Great communication with property manager, and the room was just as described. Loved the resort and the local area. The only negative would be the horrible attitude from a couple of the women at the front desk. Other than that, awesome vacation!
