Only 150 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment is very high quality and comfortably furnished. The apartment has a large balcony.

The studio apartment with open-plan master bedroom is about 60 square meters. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room. It is ideal for four people. Here you will feel very comfortable. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a shower room and a cozy kitchen. The living room is equipped with a huge patio window.

The large living room with comfortable seating, with couch and armchair, is perfect for cozy evenings. A large TV and a music system are also available. From the living room you can go to the huge balcony and look into the green, or make yourself comfortable on nice days. Street noise is not to be feared there. The kitchen is optically separated from the living room with a small partition from the living room. This creates a nice sense of space. in the kitchen is also a sofa with a large dining table available. Also there you feel very well. The kitchenette is furnished with all necessary utensils.

The master bedroom, with a large double bed, is generously sized. From the living room the bedroom is divided open. The second bedroom with its two single beds, can be reached via the corridor.
