Our family has lived in Eugene since 1984. We wanted to share the place we love and all it has to offer. The greenery, forests, nearby mountains and ocean are just some of the reasons we love the Pacific Northwest so much!

Why they chose this property

We love our neighborhood because everything is so close by! We are 10 minutes from the U of O campus and only 5 minutes from amazing views like Spencer's Butte & Mt Baldy. The Ridgeline Trail System is easily accessible and will take you all around the city. We are in a friendly neighborhood and close to schools, great playgrounds & bars. There is something here for everyone!

What makes this property unique

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and within a 10 minute drive to all the attractions. After a busy day hiking or shopping, (or perhaps going to a U of O Ducks game), come home and relax next to fire and watch your favorite Netflix show or read a book. Hablamos espanol!
