The location of this stunning Forest Beach Villas 426 lagoon view 3 bedroom penthouse villa is outstanding as it’s across the street from the beach, a block from the Coligny Plaza shopping and dining, and adjacent to the beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. Villa features a spacious 16 foot living room ceiling, kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals, a spacious balcony, upgraded WiFi, 5 bikes, lots of beach/recreational amenities, and an underground parking garage with luggage carts and elevators to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with free tennis and pickle ball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with a king-sized bed and direct balcony access. The second bedroom is located upstairs and features two twin beds and a twin pullout trundle bed. The third bedroom is also located upstairs and features a twin XL over queen bunk bed unit. The villa is 1,345 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 people and offers guests a quiet place to enjoy their vacation, along with the convenience of being a short walk to shops, restaurants and beach bars. As owners we try hard to ensure your vacation is hassle free making sure the villa has everything you’ll need for a perfect beach getaway including beach: chairs, umbrellas, cart, towels, pails/shovels/sand molds, kites, boogie boards as well as tennis/pickleball rackets & balls, rain gear, and bikes, helmets & bike lights.

Short stay after a great week!

We found Karen’s condo and booked for a weekend stay after spending a week in the island. It was the perfect landing spot in a great location! The check in was especially wonderful, as Karen’s property manager was able to get the condo cleaned and allowed us early access since we were already on island.

This property was perfect for us. It was in the best location to be able to explore things on foot - close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. They provided everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend to folks coming to visit Hilton Head.

Very nice place for a long weekend

This place was great for a long weekend getaway. It was clean and nicely stocked. The owners truly thought of everything! They also left a lot of detailed instructions and information, which we found helpful. There are plenty of things within easy walking distance. We enjoyed our time at this condo.

My husband and I were married on the beach in Hilton Head in 1997. In 2021 we purchased this beautiful villa and have put a great deal of care into making it the ideal villa for our guests. We provide a lot of extras that you will not find in most rentals such as bikes, board games, beach towels, tennis/pickle ball rackets, light weight exercise equipment and more.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is the ideal choice for those who are not a fan of using their car on vacations. It is located across the street from the beach and a block from the Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants. The island’s famous Tiki Hut bar is also across the street.

What makes this property unique

In our condo we have an enormously informative information book informing our guests where everything in our villa is located as well as recommendations for dining, shopping and where to go biking.
