Nice Villa with private pool for 6 persons near Roche, with wifi On the edge of the pine forests of Roche and only just over 2 KM from the local fantastic beaches you have this beautiful new villa on a large plot of about 1.200 m2, surounded by a beautiful garden.
With regard to equipment and premises it can only be described as the spacious - it stands out from the usual holiday homes. It has a floor-heating, which can be regulated in every room separately. The use is not included in the winter months in the price and costs € 150/week extra. The house is the ideal home in winter.

Included in this 2-story house:
- 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds downstairs, one with a king size bed in 1st floor with subsequent dressing room and private balcony and bathroom.
- 2 bathrooms in total, on the ground floor and on the 1st floor with shower
- Large kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave etc.
- Large living room with chairs, dining table with chairs, fireplace, satellite TV with English and international channels
- Winter garden with revolving doors, here is also a comfortable table and chairs.
The house has some 150 square meters.

The pool measures approximately 5 x 10 m and is completely fenced - there is also a (hot and cold!) shower and garden beds
Several large parasols are available, also a barbecue and outdoor-kitchen, with table and chairs.
A small utility room adjoins the covered porch. Here is the washing machine and clothes lines.

The area where this house is located is called "Majadales de Roche" - in the area are other holiday cottages and the pine forest of Roche, and some agriculture. The entrance to the luxury urbanisation Roche is within a few hundred meters, where there are several fine sandy beaches, restaurants, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, open WiFi and a few bars. The beautiful, vibrant city of Conil is about 6 Km away. Several golf courses are just 10 minutes by car.

Entspannende Tage in Naturnähe

Eine schöne, geräumige Villa mit großem Pool, so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Innenausstattung könnte allerdings -mit wenig Aufwand - ein Upgrade vertragen - ausreichend Gläser, defekten Toaster ersetzen …. Ansonsten naturnahe Umgebung mit den üblichen Tierlauten nachts. Pro: Mit Auto alles schnell zu erreichen, Strände, Einkäufe, Lokale, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen - auch Einweisung und Hilfe von Pepa und Pepe, wenn nötig. Danke nochmals auch dafür.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Villa ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier müssten mal ein paar Dinge erneuert werden. Trotzdem ist die Villa empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht so ein Problem mit Hähnen und Hunden hat, denn die lärmen eigentlich die ganze Nacht. Für die Erkundung der Umgebung gut gelegen. Spanisch sollte man allerdings können, denn eine andere Kommunikation ist mit dem Verwaltern kaum möglich. Das scheint aber ein allgemeines Problem dort zu sein, denn mit Englisch kommt man nicht weit. Trotz allem war der Urlaub in der Villa ein schönes Erlebnis.

Schönes Haus

Toller Garten, großer Pool, ruhige Lage. Die Austattung der Küche mit Gerät und Grundzutaten etwas sparsam. Toller Pool und ein großartiger, kilometerlanger Sandstrand in 2km Entfernung. Tolles Quartier

Waren Mitte Januar bis Mitte Februar da. Nette Unterkunft.

Hatten Glück mit dem Wetter. Im Wintergarten wurde es warm. Waren wohl die ersten in diesem Jahr. Es brauchte ein paar Tage bis das Haus die Kälte und Feuchtigkeit verlor. Schade dass es noch zu frisch war und wir den schönen Pool nicht nutzen konnten.

La casa es excepcional!. Esta muy bien equipada y super cuidada. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Como habitual de VRBO que me gusta leer los comentarios para tener una visión real de mis estancias desde la perspectiva de clientes reales, solo me gustaría puntualizar que la única pega completamente ajena a la casa pero muy importante, es que los vecinos de la casa de al lado han tenido varias noches de música MUY ALTA en horario hasta las 2 de la mañana y lo peor fue el dia que esto llego hasta las 4.50 de la madrugada. Afortunadamente no fueron todos los días pero algo tan ajeno a la casa te puede fastidiar las vacaciones. Por el resto y asumiendo este inconveniente aconsejo a todos los viajeros esta casa, es genial!
