Great location and property on beautiful quiet lake. Parking and everything on one level in spacious open room concept. The kitchen and pantry were well out-fitted with everything you could need. But the standout was the many options for seating especially outside with the covered porch. We really enjoyed the outdoor gas fireplace and firepit at night and reconnecting with family.Thom, the host, was accessible and helpful with questions that came up and provided good recommendations for local restaurants. Nice linens and thoughtful decor.

The house was gorgeous! And the host was absolutely wonderful to deal with. The house had everything you could ever need! The host even went out of his way to send us my daughter’s baby blanket that we forgot. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay!

This house was perfect for our group. The finishings were very nice and the kitchen was one of the highlights. There was a ton of outdoor seating options which was also a huge plus. We enjoyed the lake as well as driving over to Muskegon Beach. Thanks Thom!

Better than advertised!

This is one of the few places that actually looks as good or better than the photos. Super clean, comfortable and very well stocked with coffee and all the other cleaning needs, dishes, Bakeware etc. We stayed here with two families of 4 for a long holiday week and the place is great - nice beach area, conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, etc. We will be back!

Amazingly beautiful!

Such a great property! Everything you could possibly want and a great space with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and TV spaces for football watching. So beautifully redone and a great view of the lake. Look forward to coming back in the summer!

A wonderful relaxing home! I have family that lives in town and this was a perfect spot; I hosted a small fire one night and the kids fished and had so much fun. Perfect!

Great Lake house

We had four adults and four kids stay in this cute house on the lake. The kids woke up every morning to fish and kayak all day. The younger two kids loved the sandy beach area and the adults enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area. Plenty of room on the dock for our 21 foot boat. Would definitely stay here again!

GREAT HOUSE! Perfect for a relaxing get away

This house is absolutely beautiful. Everything was brand new and styled perfectly. It had everything you need. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle board. We were even greeted with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter. We were looking for a relaxing family get away and this was the perfect choice. We will stay here again.

the place is immaculate. everything updated. plenty of beds, and a great lanai with grill and TV. couldn't have asked for anything more. really solid property. I Would recommend!

Lakeside paradise

Loved the house from the moment we walked in every detail ! The patio is perfect for hanging out with your family it has everything you can think of grill ,fireplace , tv, fridge , firepit ,plenty of seating and the beautiful view ! The views are breathtaking everything was super clean inside and out the owner was so helpful when we didnt know how to work the tv in the bedroom he came right over to fix it for us we really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back and stay again someday if i could give 10 stars i would !!!

Great outdoor amenities

We enjoyed the home’s outdoor amenities so much - kayaking, sun deck by the lake, grilled and watched tv on the patio in comfy recliners. The fireplace was perfect for the cool nights. The inside is like new and super clean. It was just a short trip to Silver Lake for buggy riding on the dunes, shopping at Grand Haven and hiking at Hoffmaster State Park.

Great place to relax with the family

family needed a place to stay together for a wedding weekend. From the moment we walked in there was just a feeling of relaxation that affected us all. Plenty of room for our 7 plus all the bags. Amazing kitchen, dock, outdoor space. Close enough to shopping district to get food deliveries. Very evident that the property owner put a great deal of thought into making this home into a haven.

Great stay and host!

We had an incredible vacation staying at Thom's home! Thom was extremely responsive leading into the trip and during our stay, providing lots of local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed and more. The cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in, new construction. Every detail is thought through, you don't need to travel with your house- it is all there. Great set up for families with kids, adults can keep a close eye on kiddos playing in the sand and shallow warm water. Highly recommend, thanks for a great vacation!

Million dollar views and very clean!

Beautiful and very clean home...million dollar views...family enjoyed fishing, kayaking, firepit, back porch, birds, ducks, possible eagle, and the great grandchild (would visit for the day) loved the little beach making sand castles. Beds were comfortable...except for the pull out couch (would be sufficient for a small child). The family had an exceptional time making lots of memories!
