MY UNIT IS A ONE BEDROOM OVERLOOKING THE GULF WITH ALL THE OPTIONS FOR A CLEAN AND GORGEOUS PLACE TO SPEND YOUR DAYS & NIGHTS. MY CONDO IS SURROUNDED BY WINDOWS OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN AND THE BALCONY OVERLOOKS THE BEACH AND OCEAN, YOU CAN SIT ON THE BALCONY AND WATCH THE KIDS PLAY OR YOU CAN JOIN THEM IN SECONDS. WHAT MAKES MY CONDO SPECIAL IS THE EASY ACCESS FROM PARKING TO THE CONDO AND FROM THE CONDO TO THE BEACH and THE AWESOME VIEW FROM THE BALCONY OF THE GULF OF MEXICO.. PRICELESS VIEW... WE ALSO HAVE A GATED PARKING LOT WHICH MAKES IT VERY SAFE FOR YOUR VEHICLES UNLIKE HOTELS. SNOWBIRDS ARE WELCOME . DON'T FORGET THAT SUNBIRD CONDOMINIUM'S COMPLEX IS LOCATED CLOSE TO WALMART , TONS OF SHOPPING AND GREAT PLACES TO EAT...

Parking/Registration passes must be purchased separately and are not included in the booking $35 each (Must be paid to HOA Directly). You will receive a link to pay ahead of your stay.

Arm bands must be purchased per person and are not included in the booking $6 per person over 10 (Must be paid directly to HOA). You will be provided them upon arrival.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was beautiful with breathtaking views of the beach!!! I felt at home the whole time and the inside of the condo it’s beautiful!!! Everything in it is brand-new!!! I would for sure run this condo again!!! The owner is very nice, friendly, and responds very quickly!!! I have nothing bad to say about this place!
