We fell in love with the location! The property is sandwiched almost equidistance from a private beach and awesome family playground. The street is super quiet and perfect for taking walks in the neighborhood. You walk out the home, turn right and you are just steps from the Water! Tons of wildlife, beautiful birds, roaming deer and foxes are commonly seen wandering the neighborhood.

Private Backyard! Amazing top floor loft with custom solid wood bunk beds perfect for large groups or families! Kids will love hanging out on the top floor! Private Beach and Picnic area just a short stroll from the property! Neighborhood is super quiet and private. Easy to relax and unwind!
