Mt. Gilead Sunrise- Country Suite close to wineries, breweries & wedding venues

This private one bedroom unit is the perfect quiet, country getaway with a beautiful sunrise for all seasons. The property is located right in the heart of Loudoun's Wine Country. A cozy one bedroom suite that can accommodate up to 4 guests. The suite includes 1 bedroom (king bed), living area (with queen sleep sofa), fully equipped kitchen, and 1 full bath with heated floors.

The suite is attached to the primary residence, however, you will have sole access to the single point of entry into the suite. The host will be available as much or as little as you need!

Amenities include Keurig coffee maker (with K-cups and creamer/sugar), smart TV, wifi, private entrance, and washer/dryer. Also included are bath towels, laundry detergent, bottled water, and light snacks. Guests are welcome to enjoy the views of the rolling pastures on the suite's private patio.

Enjoy the spa-like bathroom with luxurious heated flooring. Relax and unwind in the spacious shower with rain shower head. We have extra toiletries should you find that you need some for your stay.

We are located close to local wineries, such as Stone Tower Winery, Three Creeks, and The Barns. We are also close to wedding venues including Stone Tower Winery, Shadow Creek, Birkby House and Zion Springs.

Additional attractions include various breweries, the W & OD Bike trail, hiking trails, historical Harper's Ferry, and a quick 60 minute drive to visit Washington D.C.!

The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything I needed and more for an easy, relaxing getaway. Nancy was incredibly responsive and welcoming and has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great place for guests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is a gem of a property nestled among farms/wineries right outside of downtown Leesburg. Nancy goes above and beyond with treats, drinks, fruit, stocked bathroom, overall cleanliness and even brought me a steamer that I needed for an outfit! We attended a wedding at a local estate and this was the perfect place to come back to. If I could give it 6-stars, I would! Thank you Nancy and Al for helping to make our weekend away a great one!

This was a return trip for me. It won't be the last one either. MGS is a serene haven in which you can be comfortable and unbothered. Your hosts, Nancy and Al are gracious, responsive and very kind.

Everything was top notch! Home was immaculate with all of the amenities you could ask for. Beautiful, serene setting, quiet and extremely peaceful. Always feels so comfortable and cozy...we absolutely love it!

Great stay all around. The host really went the extra mile—walking in to fresh groceries and a bottle of wine after a long drive was a great touch and not something you see often. The place was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. You can tell there’s real effort put into making guests feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Another wonderful stay! Hosts were so accommodating and flexible. Sandwiched between wineries and horse country, with easy access to the highway but far enough away to feel like a true private getaway. Thank you both for all your hospitality! Next time WE will both be back! :)

It's really hard to top MGS stay. Absolutely beautiful, privacy, just completely turnkey. Too many positives to list them all. The suite is perfectly setup for everything you need. Open kitchen, walk in shower and laundry. The bedroom is spacious and plenty of room. They literally have thought of everything. The hosts were wonderful and so accommodating. I loved it so much I stayed here twice!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The drive out is stunning. You won't get this at a hotel!
Quaint walk out is beautifully setup and the views are unreal.

I have to say, due to the sever winter weather during my travel and visit, Nancy and Al were extremely gracious and generous. I arrived early and they offered to let me stay longer. If you ever visit MG Sunrise, you'll know what a treat it is to be there AND to be the guests of Nancy and Al!

We loved everything about our stay @ Mt. Gilead Sunrise. The accommodations were perfect for us and all of the amenities were amazing. Picture perfect views of the countryside and wildlife is abundant. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Virginia.
