Schöne Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung, es war sauber, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Alle Fenster haben elektrische Rollläden. Die Wohnung hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz, aber man findet an der Straße meist einen Stellplatz. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung und das es auch mal außerhalb der angegebenen nächtlichen Ruhezeit länger lauter war.

Interessante Tage im Ruhrgebiet

Die Lage der netten und sauberen Wohnung ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um das Ruhrgebiet mit dem Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden. Baldeneysee, Ruhrtalweg, Essen, Bochum...sehr spannende Orte.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefüllt. Es ist sehr sauber. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte mir an nichts. Die Lage ist optimal. Man hat es nicht weit bis zum Markt und den Cafés. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum Garten gelegen. Daher schläft man ruhig.Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Kleine Wohnung in guter Lage

Freundliche Vermieter die im selben Haus wohnen. Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und ein Fenster zum Garten und zwei zur Straße. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig und die Tüŕ nicht sehr dicht. Man bekommt gut mit wenn jemand das Hazs betritt. Meiner Meinung nach eine gute Wohnung für ein verlängertes Wochende, aber nicht für lange Ferien.

Klein aber fein!

Die Wohnung hat genau dem Inserat entsprochen und war sehr sauber. Ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sowie die schöne Brehminsel sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einen ganz kleinen Punktabzug gibt es nur für die Lage: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer relativ viel befahrenen Straße, umgeben von anderen Mehrfamilienhäusern - es ist eben eine Stadtwohnung. Trotzdem habe ich meinen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und komme sicher nochmal wieder.

Eine große Überraschung

Das Objekt wurde wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und gezeigt vorgefunden. Eine ruhige Lage in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Etwas zu Fuß gelangt man ziemlich zügig in eine wunderschöne Altstadt, die so nicht zu erwarten war. Eine große Überraschung eben.
