Vacation in this very rare find- a beautiful, modern waterfront home with long water views! Southern facing lanai, so the pool is always in the sun and the lanai catches both sunrise and sunset colors. The living room has sliding doors that open widely for an indoor-outdoor experience with breathtaking views all the way down the canal.

Bright and sunny, the house has a very open floor plan and can comfortably sleep just one couple or a group of 8. The master bedroom suite features a TV, king bed, and private bath with a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks. On the other side of the home are 3 guest bedrooms, (two of the bedrooms have their own TVs) and another bathroom with a shower. Another bedroom /guest suite /office has a sofa sleeper and a private bathroom with a shower. The guest suite is the perfect place for a remote office, complete with desk.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

The view down the canal is selling point for this property which is spectacular!The location of the property is excellent.We really enjoyed our stay. The pool while heated was perfect for us.it wasn’t too warm, it still had an edge that made the temperature refreshing. I’m sure some people’s expectations would be that it should be a few degrees warmer.The house generally is really good condition, however there are a few areas that require some attention that show its age.The dishwasher trays are broken. The washing machine is showing its age with rust in places.Saying that we wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again if we were in the area.We had a couple of issues that were dealt with very efficiently.We would certainly recommend this property.

The pool was perfect, house is clean, tv’s worked great. Really can’t say anything negative . Very responsive and took care of a couple small needs/questions. Layout is perfect and lots of separation among bed rooms. Very spacious rooms.Bathrooms were great !Beds were ok and seating on the pool area could be upgraded.Close to shopping and close to bridge for easy access to a lot of things.Very quiet neighborhood.Nothing bad to say about our stay.Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a month at this property (Apr 7-May 6) and really liked the house and neighborhood. The house was roomy and open and had everything we needed. One of the best things was the location.It was a short drive or even a walk to anything you needed.The Four Mile Cove Eco trail is a short distance away and is a great place to walk.Only negative was the plumbing fixtures sure could use an update. A few faucets were very loose and a couple were almost seized. We did contact the management company to let them know and they offered to look after it.Overall the house is great and conveniently located. We would stay again.

Amazing Vacation

Perfect getaway

This property was excellent from the home decorations to all the xtras the property was complete, we could had not ask for a better experience, the pool was perfect, the canal area was great for fishing. We cought like 10 cat fish and some snappers location of the property was excellent close to everything

Beautiful home!!

We have been renting all over Florida looking for the right house to enjoy our vacation to Florida twice a year & we definitely found it in this beautiful house! Everything about it was perfect, location, cleanliness, the view, pool is amazing, & also the best neighbours & of course Ranger, their dog. We kayaked down the canal a few times during sunset.We absolutely loved the neighbourhood & can’t wait to return in the fall.

Beautiful Home

Our family had a wonderful time here. This was our first time to Cape Coral and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The house is beautiful, spacious, has everything you could possibly need, the pool was the perfect temperature and of course Trooper the dog was a friendly neighbor.

Nice Home!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home had plenty of space and updated amenities. Location was excellent, allowing for quick access off the island. Technology and cameras were more than you typically see but we worked through that. We would definitely look at booking again when in the area.

The rental home was beautiful! We spent a lot of time in the pool. We loved having the neighbor's dog, Trooper visit us every day! The home had everything you could need. It was an amazing home to stay in for a MUCH needed vacation! It definitely met our expectations!!

Paradise!

We LOVED this house-The views…the house was super clean and minutes from fun! The pool was fantastic…We loved everything about it!! We would definitely stay again. The property manager and owners of the house were wonderful and very responsive to us! I would give this 10/10!
