Die Ferienwohnung war super
Alles war so wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Leichte Gebrauchsspuren waren auf den Möbeln sichtbar, dies ist ja aber normal. Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten. Die Betten und Couches komfortabel.
Wenn wir das nächste mal nach Swinemünde reisen, wird die Wohnung die erste sein bei der wir die Verfügbarkeit prüfen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit ein paar Mängeln
Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine gute Lage, einen Tiefgaragenplatz und einen grossen Balkon.
Sie ist nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und in einer gepflegten Anlage mit vielen Wohnungen über 4 Etagen.
Sie hat einen grossen Fernseher mit so gut wie allen deutschen Programmen. Weiterhin ist ein grosser Kühlschrank und ein grosses Eisfach vorhanden. Schöne grosse Fensterfronten mit Verdunklung sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung wirkt sehr hell und freundlich.
Grosses Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine war sehr positiv.
Auch der begehbare Kleiderschrank war gut.
Leider einige Flecken auf dem Sofa, das Besteck müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden, da es sehr billig wirkt und auch Rostflecken aufweist.
Leider hat die Wohnung keinen Backofen, sondern nur einen Toaster.
Die Wände sind an vielen Stellen stark beansprucht und befleckt, hier müsste mal ein bisschen frische Farbe rein und auch an den Fussleisten fehlen die Endstücke an vielen Stellen.
Ein größerer Tisch auf dem Balkon wäre toll, um dort auch frühstücken zu können und Polster für die Stühle wären klasse. Auch das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist mit 1,60 cm ziemlich schmal für 2 Erwachsene und der Platz im Schlafzimmer sollte für ein größeres Bett genutzt werden.
Ebenso fehlte in der Spüle der Stöpsel, so dass man nur mit laufendem Wasser abspülen konnte.
Töpfe und Pfannen müssten auch dringend mal erneuert werden, da sehr veraltet und beansprucht.
Im Kleiderschrank leider zu wenig Bügel und diese nur aus Plastik, sollten gegen Holzbügel ausgetauscht werden und mehr vorhanden sein.
