Fun with grandchildren

We had two mix-ups due to our calendar dates. I believe that was Vrbo issue and not owner. Diana was great to work with once we had a direct contact number for her. The home was very nice and definitely child-friendly. It was very well stocked too. What I really can’t praise enough was the quality of the mattresses, pillows, bedding, and towels. They were absolutely perfect. We had a really wonderful week.

Wonderful, child friendly home

We had a group of 6 adults and 2 small children and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. This is a very child friendly home with extras like a high hair and gate for the stairs. The hosts were unbelievably kind and extremely receptive. This location is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach which was a wonderful extra!

Charming Getaway

This quaint getaway is located so close to the beach and is a house full of charm and charisma, making any family vacation here overflow the heart with memories of delight and joy. The Host is very responsive and attentive, answering any and all questions that arise. Definitely recommend taking a trip here!

I am a pet lover, sociable and like to meet new people. I am confident you will feel right at home in the Mildred Mansion.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for the historical area, and location to Lakeview Park, shore, light house views and our active harbor.

Many activities in walking or bike riding distance and you will find bike racks downtown on Broadway near dining, craft cocktail establishments, theater and the Black River Landing for concerts on the river!

What makes this property unique

This home welcomes you with a sense of "your home", with beautiful herring bone hardwood floors, radius tray ceilings, fire place in the living room and the decorative stair case spindle's combine to show you why the property was named "The Mildred Mansion".

The name was engraved in the original front door knocker when built in the early 1900's.
