Welcome to our Home! Great for a staycation, working-from-home, and/or friends/families. We’re top rated in cleaning and you will feel comfortable knowing that due to this pandemic, we are taking extra care to disinfect and sanitize frequently touched surfaces and follow the CDC procedures. No human interaction is needed for check in. We are here to provide and facilitate you in any way to ensure you have the best stay in Boston! Rent the entire condo that has been carefully decorated so that you feel right at home! Our goal is to promote happiness, comfort and joy. Not only are we here to provide you with a place to stay but we are also here to provide guidance in any way we can to ensure our guests have a memorable and fun stay in Boston.

Something about us; I am a system analyst my wife is a relationship manager. We have 3 children love to travel and entertain guest, family and friends. During our travels we have always enjoyed meeting new people, sharing travel ideas and places to visit!

If you are visiting family, one of the many colleges in the area or simply getting away for a few days we would love to host you!!!

We hope you guys had a great stay, just a reminder for tomorrow’s 11 am checkout 1. Remove linens and leave on laundry room floor along with used towels. (Comforters can stay on beds for inspection)
2. Please restock clean dishes pots etc. 3. Remove all trash and food place in any of the bins outside. Please recycle ♻ if there is room(Do not leave trash on ground place in any bin)

Very comfortable place to stay

Our extended family was very comfortable staying here for our son's college graduation. Place was as advertised and clean. Host was responsive when I reached out with a question. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Boston.

Great property for group travel

We were a group of 8 adults and this property was perfect for us - great space, close proximity to restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, etc. It is located right beside the subway station and about 30 minutes by subway to downtown. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Boston!

Great stay in Boston

This place was perfect for our first time in Boston. Fit our group of 10 adults comfortably. Was able to walk to Target & liquor store for everything we needed. Redline station took us directly to Fenway & downtown area. Would stay again.

Boston/Salem Trip

Friends and I stayed here for our Boston/Salem trip, the place is cute, clean, and was perfect for our visit. Even when I had parking concerns Kevin called me almost immediately to make sure everything was good and covered! Definitely thankful for their hospitality!

Property was clean and nicely arranged. Access to trains and buses was excellent. Parking on site was a little confusing and limited, and street parking was difficult. Overall, a nice place and we had a great stay.

Lovely property with responsive owner. Very clean and well-appointed. Just a very short walk to the Red Line which takes you right to the middle of historic Boston. Only suggestion for Kevin and Maria would be to put a dresser or something similar in the bedrooms.

Boston Marathon Stay

Getting to the property is slightly confusing, in that there are 4 different buildings that share an initial driveway. The instructions for parking were clear, and someone was in the spot we were supposed to park in when we arrived, but another space within the area was open. Getting into the rental was easy, the instructions with entrance codes are clear. The wi-fi password was also shared along with the check in instructions. The inside was nice and clean, and having 4 bedrooms, two baths was perfect. The bathrooms had toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available for use which was appreciated. The kitchen table is a nice space to eat around, but it is difficult to have people sitting while cooking, because the fridge doesn’t open all the way with someone sitting on that side of the table, and it’s hard to wash at the sink if someone is on the other side of the table. The upstairs neighbors were constantly scraping chairs loudly on the floor. The group that was staying above us was on the louder side and pretty easy to hear in the evening hours when we were around. The train is super close by which made travel by public transport really easy. Because it essentially borders one side of the rental, you can hear the muted sounds of the announcements from it later at night.

Hi Aggie Thank you for your review. We will surely update the photo of the front of our home along with the checkin instructions as well as point out the 3 tall pines in front. We did add a larger table as we got requests for more kitchen seating and we will be remodeling soon and adding better felt tiles to the furniture chairs. Also we are always available to answer any issues during a stay. Thank you!!
