Lovely and comfortable vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as pictured and the owners were very kind and responsive. The kids in our group spent hours in the heated pool and loved the bunk bed room.

Sarasota trip

The kids loved the game room. It had a good size pool for our group of nine to enjoy. The house had close access to fishing spots as well. The owners were very responsive and easy to get a hold the few times we needed something.

An amazing week at your VRBO here in Sarasota!

The hosts were absolutely the best! The home is tastefully decorated with plenty of room to gather together with our family or take a bit of time to refresh on our own as couples. The sunsets were gorgeous every night. We would definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again ourselves!

Relaxation Haven

The property location is only minutes from downtown Sarasota but is tucked in a peaceful neighborhood. The pool and secluded grounds offer great privacy. Vuong and Linh, the property owners, are very kind, attentive people, and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities. The kids enjoyed the games. The hosts were amazing and so thoughtful. The house is in walking distance of the ocean. We had so much fun and used the pool every chance we had! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect For Families!

Great house, very clean and well appointed home. Game room was a favorite for all in the family and pool was great! Some noise with the airport nearby, but there wasn't a lot of air traffic after about 11pm so honestly not a big deal. Overall great time had by all!

We were lucky to spend a week here while on spring break! Everything was great and the kids loved the pool. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very clean, fenced in yard for your four legged friends! Everything was better than expected. The hosts were great and in constant communication! Thank you for breakfast the last day!!!

Beautiful Home!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Linh & Vuong’s. The home was very clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was great from time of booking through check-out. The local food & “things-to-do” recommendations were very helpful for days when we wanted to venture out. On the days we decided stayed in, there was plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy each others company. Lots of board/family games were provided & the pool was wonderful. We would love to stay again whenever we’re in the area.

Golf Trip

The process was simple - check in / check out were seamless. House was spotless. We had a couple stragglers that required some 'special attention' near check out. The owners were gracious and willing to accommodate. I would recommend this property.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Very clean. Very nice linens and towels. The planes come over and are a bit loud however, as expected. Not excessive and not a dealbreaker. A beautiful neighborhood to walk. Nice location. Would not hesitate to book again. Would appreciate a later check out time perhaps 11.

Vacation

Do not pass this one up if you want to to feel at home and treat it like home. This home is in a darling quiet established neighborhood and it fits right in. Very nice outdoor accommodations which we fell in love with! Nice clean home that anyone who does any VRBO will appreciate. Owners are over achieving at keeping the home in great condition and do appreciate good renters as do all owners. We are excited to hopefully return next year as two retired couples from Iowa.

Couldn’t ask for more!

The house was even better than we anticipated. We had 4 family’s with children ranging from 5 months to 5 years old. Everyone had a great time. The second refrigerator in the garage was great for our large group. The pool is almost always partially shaded which was perfect for keeping babies out of the sun. The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. I would have no hesitations in recommending this house to anyone.

Amazing place to stay!

We rented that house for the week of Thanksgiving and we couldn’t find a better place to stay! The house is very clean, spacious and well organized. Kids loved heated pool and a room with a bunk bed. Adults like the patio area and the kitchen. We decided to celebrate Thanksgiving in the house and thanks to the well equipped kitchen it was very easy to prepare a great dinner. Going to the beach was fun since it was a short drive from the house and owners provide beach chairs, toys and cart. The communication with owners was super easy and they were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the house and wish to come back one day!

Loved the house and pool!

We had the best week staying here as a family of 5 plus a nanny. More than enough space for us all, and the kids loved being able to share the bunk room with all 3 of them in there. We spent at least half of each day in the pool, which was warm and clean and provided hours of fun. Everything in the house was labeled and easy to find. The hosts were so kind to even leave some craft supplies to keep our kiddos entertained- they really went above and beyond. Beaches were a 20-30 minute drive and parking was easy there. We will definitely be back again! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!!

Perfect Paradise - Spring Break

Our family really enjoyed our stay over Spring Break. The house was so comfortable and the layout was perfect for a large family. The preteen children enjoyed their privacy in the bunkroom with a bathroom close by. Everyone would centralize around the awesome farmtable in the kitchen or around the fabulous outdoor pool area! Several nights the family enjoyed walking a short distance to see the sunset. House is equipped with wonderful pots and pans including an air fryer. The owners are very friendly and easy to deal with during the entire process. Pool is the best that we have rented in 8 years.....warm, deep and very relaxing!!! Great stay ever!!!

Nice property.

It was a nice home and we enjoyed our stay. The owners were responsive and had a great online "book" to help you navigate everything. Be aware that one of the bathrooms in through a bedroom. So there is only one open bathroom for the rest of the bedrooms. Which could be fine depending on your group. There are many signs around the house about keeping quiet and the noise because you are in a neighborhood, so it would be best to be a quiet group. The ironic thing is that the airplanes fly right overhead, so the planes are very loud, especially when you are at the pool. But this would not have prevented us from staying there. But it will be nice to know this before you go.

We provide a pack 'n play, an umbrella stroller, a highchair, and kids dinnerware.

Linens, pillows, bath and pool towels are provided for each person.

KITCHEN:
We have a fully stocked kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a beautiful island with three chairs. We supply dinnerware plus kid-friendly dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, air fryer, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, flex brew coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer).

GRILLING:
A gas grill and propane tank are provided. Please feel free to use the remaining fuel in the propane tank. The tank can be exchanged (as needed) by guests for about $20 at any local hardware store.

ACCESSIBILITY:
All bathrooms are equipped with a grab bar in the shower, a shower and bath mat, and toilet support rail adjustable grab bar.
