This is our second time staying at this property. Our experience this year was as good as last's. The property is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Tiffany is a wonderful host. She is communicative and gracious. We appreciated the fruit basket she sent us mid-week. I recommend this property highly.

Everything was great except the bed was not comfortable- it needs a memory foam pad. I slept very poorly, waking every hour. Also, a clean dish pad for the kitchen would be helpful for hand washed items.

I’m sorry to hear that you had restless nights sleep at our condo. The mattresses are only 3 years old and are made of memory foam. I am not sure how to prove upon that situation, but we most certainly can look into buying a dish rack for drying items.

Wonderful 3 weeks!

Three Bird Retreat gave us everything we needed and more!Relaxing holiday in a very well equipped condo overlooking the golf course, mountains, and gorgeous sunsets! The host was quick to respond to any questions. Would not hesitate to book again!

Time away

The property was clean, comfortable, and well supplied. It was perfect for our week-long stay. Communication with the owner was easy, pleasant, and efficient. We definitely enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert. We went for different reasons but our main one was for relaxing..we definitely got that. The place was great, the area had stores and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again. The owner was very receptive, helpful, and accommodating. I would recommend this place..

If you are looking to stay at the resort and play pickleball or golf, it’s a nice space. We had all of the amenities. One suggestion would be to clean the outdoor table. We may have been the first stay for the season, the cushions and table could use heavy cleaning.
