Large private Pool, aircondition, 5 min. from the beach, with WiFi - casa Suspiro -

new modern holiday home with very nice private pool in quiet surrounding for 6 persons, with WiFi Only 5 minutes from the fine sandy beaches of the Urbanisation Roche is this beautiful and modern holiday home located. Nearby is the large pine forest, meadows and pastures and a few other holiday houses. In the well designed, quite large pool (30 square meters) one can enjoy a glass of wine on built in benches. The semi-detached house is very well equipped with everything the holidaymakers desire:
- modern, open kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.and all other, necessary kitchen utensils -
- this includes the dining area with chairs.
- large living room with satellite TV, 2 comfortable sofas, Wi-Fi internet
- 2 beautifully appointed shower baths, one of them in the outdoor area
- 3 bedrooms, 1x with double bed (1,50m wide) and 2 x each with 2 single beds (0,90m wide)

Adjoined to the house is a covered terrace with beautiful chill-out furniture There is an outside grill, table and chairs, umbrella
In the small garden are several sunloungers available The property is completely fenced with a wall. The house is about 90 m2 large, the plot measures about 400 square meters. In front of the property there is a separate car parking for several cars.

Short on fittings

No kettle, teatowels,oven,jugs, fire extinguisher or blanket,smoke alarms. Washing machine on last legs, very poor wifi. No change of bedding offered.

we have to apologize for this, and have to comment as follows: - there is an electric water heater, but sorry, no kettle. right, there is no oven, but no one offered fire extinguisher and some alarm will be added, the law is very new and only valid from end of feb. this year. Change of linen can be always arranged on request, just tell us.

Das Haus ist weg vom Trubel, wie wir es gerne wollten. Leider waren die Nachbarn nachts sehr laut und viele Hunde am Bellen. Mit Ohrenstöpsel ging es einigermaßen. Das Haus mit Pool hat alles was man braucht. Es war dort sehr sauber. Die Betten könnten bequemer sein.

Top Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis, aber...Kein Luxusdomizil, jedoch sauber, funktional eingerichtet, ein ansprechendes Bad und ein sehr bequemes Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer. Alle Fenster haben ein Moskitonetz und der Pool ist traumhaft schön. Das Haus liegt ländlich, abseits des Massentourismus. Es sind keine Autos zu hören und trotzdem ist man nah genug an größeren Straßen, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Zum nächsten Strand benötigt man allerdings unserer Erfahrung nach über 10 Autominuten.Bis dahin hätten wir das Haus zu 100 Prozent weiterempfohlen. Aber…Die andere Doppelhaushälfte wurde innerhalb unserer 8 Tage von 2 verschiedenen Mietern bewohnt. 4 Tage hatten wir eine sehr laute Familie als Nachbarn. Man konnte jedes Wort hören (nicht nur auf der Terrasse) und an einem Abend waren wir gezwungen einem aggressiven Streit mit lautem Gebrüll (über eine halbe Stunde) in den späten Abendstunden beizuwohnen. Somit nützt es nichts, wenn die Privatsphäre nur visuell vorhanden ist. Wir haben daraus gelernt, dass wir zukünftig keine Doppelhaushälfte mieten werden, denn die Entspannung und Erholung hat darunter sehr gelitten.

Descanso en familia

La casa muy cómoda, la pena que el segundo baño esté fuera. Se necesitaría un segundo sofá ( como en las fotos) porque nosotras eramos cinco y no cambiamos.Los gerentes de diez, muy atentos y pendientes en todo momento.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, die Zufahrt ist etwas holprig und nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber die netten Vermieter sind uns entgegen gefahren (und wir sind spät abends angekommen). Tolle Zimmeraufteilung. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist toll, Sehr schöner Pool, Das Aussenbad perfekt, Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich. Leider ist die Kommunikation wenn man kein Spanisch spricht etwas schwierig, aber mit Google Translate funktioniert es super. Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Casa Suspiro sehr genossen und haben viele Ausflüge gemacht (Mietauto).

Nettes Haus mit Pool, aber…

Die Beschreibung des Objektes entspricht leider nicht (mehr) ganz den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Die Fotos sind offenbar schon mehrere Jahre alt und das darauf abgebildete Equipment gibt es teilweise nicht mehr oder wurde ausgetauscht. Das war etwas schade, denn ansonsten ist die Wohnung in Ordnung und der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind wirklich nett und insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Schönes Haus mit kleineren Mängeln

Vorab kann ich sagen, wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder 14 u. 11 Jahre) hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Andalusien! Der Treffpunkt und Übergabe verlief schnell und reibungslos! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz Doppelhaushälfte hatten wir Privatsphäre und waren ungestört! Weiterhin hat uns gefallen, dass wir abseits vom Tourismus, eher spanisch ländlich wohnten! Dennoch gab es im näheren Umfeld viele verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tankstellen und Restaurants! Zum Atlantik waren es mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten. Die Lage und Anbindung für Entdeckungstouren sehr gut. Aufs Auto ist man dennoch angewiesen. Das Haus selbst hat vielleicht an manchen Stellen etwas Renovierungsbedarf, aber es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Es war auch sehr sauber! Der Pool war auch groß genug, mit toller Beleuchtung am Abend und sauber. Zusammengefasst, ein erholsamer, abwechslungsreicher Urlaub fernab von Hotspots im wunderschönen Andalusien.

Die Unterkunft erfüllt nicht in allen Punkten die gemäss Inserat erzeugt Erwartungshaltung, z.B.: Eines der beiden Bäder war ausserhalb der Wohung, man würde dies wenn nicht speziell angegeben innen erwarten. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Betten ausgelegt, wir waren nur zu viert, Weingläser gabe es jedoch nur 3 Stück; Stühle für's Sitzen am Küchentisch 4 Stück, wie 6 Personen Platz finden sollen war uns ein Rätsel, wenn für uns auch nicht relevant; Liegen am Pool nur 3; für 4 Personen etwas knapp.

Maison agréable et lumineuse

Cette maison est très agréable à vivre, bien aménagée et très bien placée. Proche des belles criques de Conil de la Frontera avec son beau sentier côtier et pour les cyclistes vous disposez de belles pistes autour de la maison. Ces vacances en novembre, une première, et nous avons apprécié découvrir Cadix, Séville et bien d'autres lieux sous un soleil doux d'automne au calme sans être étouffé par une masse de touristes. Nous recommandons cette location.

Séjour agréable.

Le cadre est joliment arrangé. L'endroit est calme. Et le logement est confortable pour 6 personnes. Pour autant, la cuisine n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée et les draps n'étaient pas prévus pour 2 d'entre nous. La vaisselle est un peu insuffisante pour 6 personnes. Au final, nous avons passé un séjour agréable

Casa Suspiro

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig in einer wunderschönen ländlichen Umgebung. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr gelungen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch ausreichend. Lediglich der quietschende Einzelsessel könnte einmal ausgetauscht werden. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist toll, allen voran natürlich der schöne und saubere Pool . Das Aussenbad ist wirklich Gold wert, weil es sonst mit 5-6 Personen im Innenbad etwas eng wird. Nur die Duschkopfaufhängung im Aussenbad war defekt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und bedauern die fehlende Kommunikationsmöglickeit mit nicht spanisch sprechenden Mietern -wie uns- sichtlich. Große Freude hat uns die anhängliche Hauskatze gemacht. Wir hoffen, dass nachfolgende Mieter das zurückgelassene Katzenfutter noch für sie verwerten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Casa Suspiro sehr genossen und konnten dank der prima Lage viele Ausflüge an die nahegelegenen Sandstrände, Conil, Cádiz, Jerez und sogar Gibraltar machen. Vielen Dank.

Desconexión en plena naturaleza

Hemos estado muy a gusto en casa suspiro. Prácticamente hemos estado todo el día en el patio disfrutando de la gran piscina y las maravillosas vistas que teníamos delante, ya que está en frente de un gran pinar. Dispone de mosquiteras en todas las habitaciones por lo que hemos podido descansar muy fresquitos sin necesidad de poner el aire acondicionado. La propietaria ha sido muy amable y se ha mostrado dispuesta ante cualquier petición.
