For shared use: park (fenced), large garden (fenced) plants and flowers, swimming pool fenced (5 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 31.Mar.. Room cleaning on request (extra). 100 m long narrow motor access to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, ferry "Forio" 3 km, sandy beach "Cetara" 750 m pebble beach 1 km, thermal baths "Poseidon" 1 km. Nearby attractions: Ischia 5 km, Napoli, Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Capri. Please note: car not advisable. The photograph shows a typical example.
