Why do folks love to stay at my beachside home? Proximity to the beach. Super comfortable and clean. And as a host, I do all I can to ensure you have an excellent vacation. Read my guest reviews -- they say it all! PLEASE NOTE, Discounted rates for longer stays (7 day, 14 day and 1 month)

Let's first talk about the house. It's 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , set up for comfort, and perfect to host families, blended families and groups of friends (up to 9 ppl comfortably).

AND, our beautiful beachside home is less than 500 steps to a beautiful section of St Augustine Beach, and 60 steps to our beautiful community pool. We're on the Golden Mile, meaning we're in the middle of everything St. Augustine Beach has to offer. Publix is right down the street, we're next door to Fiesta Falls mini golf,

Another very important element - the house is meticulously clean!  I do all the cleaning and maintenance myself to ensure your stay is excellent!  100% cotton bath towels and sheets, extra beach towels, a beach cart and umbrella and a fully stocked kitchen are some of the many comforts you will enjoy.

Also, a full laundry room (with Speed Queen appliances), an upper deck with seating for your morning coffee and watching sunsets, and a covered lower deck with seating to hide from the sun while sitting outside with a libation.

And I really do everything I can as a host to ensure you have an excellent vacation.

The 4 bedrooms have 1 King bed, 2 queen beds, and a double bed, AND there are 2 queen pull out sofa beds, so we can easily and comfortably sleep up to 9-10 guests.

Our community pool is pristine and right outside our front door, and it's never crowded. 

I've mad sure my beds are comfortable - matresses, pillows, sheets, towels - I want you to feel like you're at a resort.

There's a reason my I'm a 5 year superhost and my 2 beachside homes are in Airbnb's Top 1% of all listings. Once you do your due diligence you'll realize I provide you with a very comfortable home base for your vacation.

We enjoyed your beautiful home and the nearby pool. The beach was a tad bit further of a walk than we expected, but was still very nice. We had a small plumbing issue in the kitchen, but you were quick to come fix it and brought us donuts on top of it. That was very much appreciated! We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen, which made it easier for meal prep. We really enjoyed spending time outside on the upper deck, and all the surrounding neighbors seemed friendly. Thanks again so much!

We had such a wonderful stay for our girlfriends’ trip! The home was spotless, very well appointed, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. It was just a quick walk to both the pool and the beach, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy our time. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and communication with the host was always clear and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Anastasia beach house

The house is great. There was plenty of room for our family. The house was very clean, stocked with the necessities and nicely done. The community is small and well maintained. Our host Dominick was great to communicate with . Definitely highly recommend staying there. I know we will return.

Cousins getaway

Excellent home, immaculate. Great beds, linens, towels. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable sofas, porch furniture. So close to pool, very easy walk to beach. We especially enjoyed being able to get downtown in 10 minutes and enjoy coming back to the house for the beach. Our host was helpful and made sure we were happy on arrival. Definitely would stay here again.

AWESOME HOUSE

This vacation home was exactly how it was described and you can tell that the owner really cares about his guests. The beds were very comfortable and the linens, pillows, towels etc were all high quality. The house is so close to the beach and the pool is steps away. Dom was so easy to work with and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book this house again when we are in the St. Augustine area! Thank you Dom for being such a great host and sharing this great home!

Fantastic stay

The communication from the property manager, Dominick, was exceptional. He checked in frequently to ensure our stay was positive. The house was great. Our trip was a weekend long “girls weekend” for a group of colleagues. We had the best time sitting out on the deck, enjoying the ocean breeze and relaxing. A positive experience and would stay again.
