Apartment Ammerblick

Our apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Ammer, with hiking, cycling and cross-country ski trails. Enjoy in a central but quiet location, the magnificent view of the mountain panorama, with Kofel and Laber from our spacious south-facing balcony. In just a few minutes walk you can reach a number of shops, cafes and restaurants. We are a partner of the Königscard with over 250 fun experiences in four regions.

Apartment Ammerblick:
Our modern and lovingly furnished penthouse (52 sqm), with a large covered balcony and underground parking space, has a large living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining area, a separate bedroom, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with shower / WC. We also offer free Wi-Fi access.

Perfekte Lage, perfekte Ausstattung!

Das Gesamtpaket ist genial. Die Lage ist super: zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Spaziergänge mit Hund sind direkt von der Haustür aus möglich. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wirklich alles da was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich, alles sauber, die Vermieterinnen sind total nett und unkompliziert. On top gibt es einen sehr schönen großzügigen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Was will man mehr. Vielen Dank! Unsere volle Weiterempfehlung! Wir kommen wieder!

Wir kommen wieder!

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir waren zu zweit dort und man hätte auch zu viert genügend Platz gehabt. Das wichtigste und beste an der Wohnung war, dass sie super sauber war. Moderne Sanitäranlagen und eine sehr sauberer Küche. Im Winter ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz super, dort können auch Ski und Board zum trocknen abgestellt werden und morgens muss nicht gekratzt werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, alles lief total unkompliziert ab. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach spitze. Alles ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung ist 1a. Hatten noch nie eine so gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist zentral und alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieterinnen sind super lieb und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Parfait séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce bel appartement, très propre, bien équipé et situé dans le centre d'Oberammergau (petite ville très mignonne à visiter). Notre hôte était très sympathique, parlait parfaitement anglais et nous a fourni des cartes donnant accès gratuitement à plusieurs activités (télécabine, piscine et spa, accrobranche, luge d'été...). Seul point négatif: l'annonce a été postée par un intermédiaire qui qui n'a pas établi la communication avec notre hôte (à qui nous avions essayer d'écrire avant notre arrivée et qui avait aussi tenter de nous joindre). Nous avons dû retrouver le logement sur un autre site de location pour trouve le numéro de téléphone de l'hôte... pas très pratique et dommage car l'appartement est parfait.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Aber in dem Haus wurden Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Wurden morgens um kurz nach 7 durch den Baulärm geweckt.
