Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house. If anything is needed, please contact the host & we will take care of any reasonable requests.
Other things to note
- The pool (chlorine) is serviced and maintained weekly every Friday! Pool cleaners will let themselves into the backyard to service and clean the pool. This should only take 30 minutes, between 8-9am.


POOL SAFETY
- We have made upgrades to the property to ensure the safety of our guests.

- Alarms will sound when the sliding back door and garage side door are opened to alert all guests that someone may have entered the backyard. Please be mindful of any young persons that may have wandered out.

- Pool is fenced completely on all sides to protect young children from entering. Young guests under 13 years of age should be supervised at all times.

There will not be a lifeguard provided. Please assign an adult in your group the role of dedicated lifeguard on duty. Read and follow all the safety rules and exercise caution.

All guests on the reservation that are over the age of 18 will need to sign the Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability form, which will be sent when your reservation is confirmed. If any one guest does not sign in your group, the pool/spa will not be available during your stay.

POOL TABLE
Please enjoy the pool table! Please treat it kindly. Do not place drinks or food on the pool table, to avoid spills or stains. Avoid trick shots or any rough play which may cause gouges/scratches/tears on the table & felt. Any damage, outside of normal wear and tear (Chalk marks OK), will incur a damage fee. Photos of its condition are taken prior to each check-in.

PETS
We are a dog friendly home. 2 dogs max with a $200 pet fee.
- Please be courteous of our next guests and clean up after your dogs
- We understand that there can be accidents. Please clean as best as possible and let us know so that our cleaners can treat any spots as well.
- Any areas that cannot be restored will be taken out of the deposit.


Please observe Oceanside city's STR ordinances:
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 10am
- Please be respectful to our neighbors at all times, regarding noise and parking.
- Only guests on the reservation may be allowed to stay overnight
- Minimum 2 night consecutive stay

Trash/recycle days are on Mondays. If you are staying overnight on Sunday, we ask that you please put the trash bins out on the street Sunday night. Please bring the bins in the following morning.
