Built in the early 1900s, it is decorated in country Victorian style and offers a unique blend of architectural details and modern conveniences. Can sleep up to 30 guests. Close to Sunday River, Bethel and all those towns have to offer. A perfect getaway for a family reunion, church group, corporate retreat. Ski, Swim, Enjoy the mountains!

Fun stay at the Rider House at Bryant Pond

The Rider house could accommodate our large group with beds for 30, 6 full and 1 half baths, spacious living/dining areas, and plenty of parking. The location is convenient to many nearby hikes, and less than 20 mins to Sunday River. Check-in and check out were easy, and the owner was very responsive. The old victorian home has many interesting features and lots of charm. It's not fancy and could use some TLC, but it's very cost effective for a large group. We would stay there again.

great group lodging

Our Scout troop really enjoyed the house - perfect set up for multiple ages and genders in different bedrooms. Drive to Sunday River was convenient.
