The space
Our condo is situated in a quiet corner of the community—an ideal choice for both business travelers and leisure seekers. It combines comfort with charming Southwest design, offering a welcoming, thoughtfully arranged space with no stairs to navigate—perfect for guests seeking ease and relaxation. Whether you're traveling solo or with a partner, this private space is the perfect destination for a laid-back and enjoyable stay.

Inside, unwind on a comfortable sofa in a living area designed for both style and ease, featuring a large smart LED TV with nearly 100 cable channels and Roku. The bedroom offers a king-size memory foam mattress with high-quality bedding and a walk-in shower to refresh after your day.

This curated condo was thoughtfully updated in summer 2025 with fresh paint, new quartz countertops and sinks, and carefully selected furnishings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

For those who need to work or study, a brand-new desk and chair were added to keep you productive during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and more: Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, Ninja air fryer, blender, mixer, and toaster—everything you need to make cooking a pleasure.

We could not have selected better for our budget! Anna & Brian are wonderful hosts providing great communication from the very start of booking their lovely, well-equipped condo. We had a wonderful stay at Anna and Brian’s condo. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed—including a Ninja air fryer, Keurig coffee maker with lots of K-pods, tons of spices, and plenty of kitchen essentials. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was incredibly convenient, especially for our needs near the Mayo Clinic. Anna and Brian were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Place

This place was perfect for us. It was very well maintained and comfortable. Anna and Brian were super responsive and sent messages to make sure our stay was going well. They provided all the amenities we needed and even the little things like Keurig pods made it nice. We definitely recommend them and will stay again next time we’re in Scottsdale!

Relaxing in North Scottsdale

The place was very clean and in a great location. The guide that the hosts put together was super helpful, and we enjoyed a couple of the restaurants they recommended. It is very close to some great sites like the Sonoran desert preserve and Taliesin West. The hosts were great at communicating as well. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo last year also. The unit is superb and very well maintained and includes nicer amenities than most others. Our hosts are supportive and available if needed and have included local area recommendations which are enjoyable. In general the area and this condo complex are very well located with many stores, restaurants, and services nearby.

Fun in the Sun

Anna & Brian’s NE Scottsdale property was perfect for our week. We had quick access to hiking, restaurants, shopping & the arts. They provided recommendations & locations for their faves in the area and were available for any questions. It was clean, provisioned & tastefully decorated! We loved it

First of all, Anna and Brian kindly allowed us to check in early which we appreciated. The unit was very clean and quiet and beautifully decorated. They left suggestions for restaurants. We went to Flo's and thoroughly enjoyed it. We used the pool which is very close to the condo. The location is convenient to a shopping center that is walkable. I highly recommend this vrbo unit.

Condo was clean, modern, very comfortable and well appointed. The owners are excellent communicators and responded immediately to any questions we had. Check in process was a breeze and there were a few nice snacks for us when we arrived, something that is greatly appreciated when you are checking in late. The pool area was lovely and very clean. The location was great; close to shopping, grocery stores some nice restaurants and some beautiful parks with great hiking trails. We definitely recommend this VRBO and hope to return in the future!

As noted by all previous guests, our popular community boasts a prime location right in the heart of North Scottsdale, nestled between four streets. We apologize if you found the street a bit lively during your stay! However, it's important to mention that our condo is situated in one of the quietest corners of the entire community, shielded from the least busy of the four streets by a parking lot and putting green—unlike many other condos facing streets directly. All that while being just steps away from the community center featuring a heated pool, gym, and sauna. We'd be delighted to welcome you back for another stay!

The condo was very clean. It was tastefully decorated and fully equipped. There was even a welcome basket from the owners. It was a nice touch. Coffee was furnished by the condo owner too. The pool was very close to the unit.
