The property was perfect for my husband and me during our son’s Cooperstown tournament. Great location, helpful owners and modern/newer place. We had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we return.
If you’re coming into Cooperstown Allstar Village, this quaint little place is amazing! The hosts thought of everything, it’s newly renovated and is spotless, it’s 8 minutes from ASV, two minutes from the downtown area where there are tons of great restaurants. I will say this is a residential area and historic homes so I would recommend it to a family who’s a bit on the quieter side just to be respectful of the hosts and neighbors. But for us it was absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed being so close and being able to go back and forth. Thank you Fred and Shari for a beautiful stay!
What a modern and gorgeous suite. It felt like we were home away from home. It was close to downtown and Allstar Village, which was the reason for our stay. If we’re in the area next time, we’ll be sure to book City Center Suite.
My husband, myself and our 10yo enjoyed our 6 night stay while our oldest son played at All Star Village. The property is clean, nicely updated and well appointed. Easy walk to restaurants and parks. Quick drive to All Star Village. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Oneonta stay for All Star Village Baseball Parents
The property was clean and beautiful. It was an easy walk to downtown Oneonta for meals or shopping. The neighborhood was very quiet. The washer and dryer were great to have during our stay!
Perfect spot for me to get some work done while shuttling back and forth to watch my son at Allstar Village. Great location to shops, restaurants, and proximity to the fields. Very clean and updated.
This property was perfect for our families needs. It was close to All Star Village, restaurants and shops. The house itself is adorable, upgraded and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and having a laundry room was so helpful! We would definitely recommend this property.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very inviting, clean, comfortable and had a cozy feel. Check in and check out was a breeze. Fred greeted us upon arrival and was available through text for any questions or needs that we had. It was about a 25 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park but this location had everything we needed; a variety of stores and restaurants. I definitely recommend for future guests.

Thank you for your positive review. It was our privilege to host your family. Be well
Not just a place to stay, but all the comforts of home. We felt welcome from the minute we checked in. A couple minute walk to town or a full kitchen to cook home cooked meals. Full access to washer and dryer. Dont forget AC during the hot and humid days. We cant wait to come back in 2 yrs for our next Cooperstown baseball tournament.
Fred was wonderfully communicative and helpful, and the apartment was perfect for me - a solo traveler watching my son play baseball for a week of summer. I particularly appreciated all of the “extras” Fred and Shari provided - plenty of coffee (with real cream! This Seattlite was in heaven), a few cans of soda, lists of restaurant and coffee shop reccos. Much appreciated, and thank you for the wonderful experience!
We stayed here while my son's team played at All Star Village. It was so convenient, only a 6 minute drive to the field and within walking distance of tons of places to eat. Fred was an amazing host. He met us when we checked in, recommended several restaurants for us to try (100% recommend Toscano's for dinner - one of the best meals I ever had) The apartment was outstanding - exactly as it looks in the pictures. Everything we needed and then some. Clean, modern, bright. Huge plus for driveway parking.
This was a great rental for my visit while my son was at All Star Village. The unit was sparkling clean, was comfortable, and had very thoughtful amenities. I used the stadium chair for my son’s games and the laundry was a lifesaver since I had forgotten my luggage in Newark and was recycling clothes. Walkable to town. Only thing I’d note is that there is one shared wall of with the main house if you are sensitive to noise in the morning. Nothing more than you would experience at a hotel or any other place. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental to my friends coming next year.
