"Haus Sonnenschein" is a 3-storey residential complex with 12 residential units in a quiet location. The apartment No. 9 is located on the second floor (partially sloping roofs) and is 46 square meters. It consists of a living room with dining area and integrated kitchen u. a. with Ceranfeld u. Microwave with baking function. There are 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed (1.60 x 1.90m, open foot end) and a small room with double sofa bed (1.30m x 2m). According to the size of the beds should the apartment max. with three adults or two adults and two children.
The bathroom has shower / WC,

• The beach about 15 minutes walk and the center 3 minutes,

• The apartment has a partial lake view.

During the 2019 season, a new building will be built on the neighboring property. Therefore, may have to be expected with construction noise.

Entspannter Urlaub

Objekt war wie angegeben und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah und auch der Strand ist per Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen und besonders lobenswert,waren die Kleinigkeiten (Bücher,Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden,Bücher auch für die Erwachsenen)

Schöner Aufenthalt in Grömitz

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Von der Wohnung aus konnte man gut zu Fuß einkaufen, nette Restaurants und den Strand erreichen. Mit der freundlichen Verwaltung gab es keine Probleme. Wir hatten leider zuhause das Bettlaken vergessen. Hier hat uns die Verwaltung unkompliziert und kostenlos geholfen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Vielleicht ist die Wohnung ungeeignet für Menschen, die nicht ohne Fahrstuhl in die 3. Etage kommen.
