Our cozy apartment is 40m ² and can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for families with up to 2 children. Over the own terrace with lake view you have direct access to the approx. 50 meters distant natural beach. The center of the promenade with many restaurants and shops is about 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment has a private terrace with lake view and direct access to the beach, which is only about 50 meters away.

In the living room / bedroom there is a fold-out double bed and a sofa bed, in the bedroom a bunk bed. There is a flat-screen TV and a Blu-Ray player. The kitchen has a stove, microwave with grill, coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom has a washing machine and a hair dryer.

Bed linen can be provided on request for a fee.
The apartment has its own free parking space (number 2).
Existing bicycles can be used free of charge (2 standard and 2 folding bicycles).
