Location, Location, Location, close to best beaches, UNE, fishing, hiking, bike trails, restaurants, shops, Kennebunkport, Cape Porpoise, Portland, old Port etc. Beautifully renovated apartment, Pretty Granite kitchen, new appliances. Nestled on a large wooded lot with beautiful firefit with pollywood chairs and firewood provided by us. Backyard has gas grill, picnic table, and outside shower . A good place to hang out comfortably after a day at the beach or in between day trips experiencing all Southern Maine and beyond has to offer.

I have been vacationing in my my entire life and was finally able to purchase a vacation home here about 15 years ago and haven't looked back, lol. My husband and I take pride the homes we share and really try hard to make them comfortable, current and stocked will all your necessities. I love the beach, sea glass hunting and crafts. My husband is also crafty and very handy. Not to get to sappy but MAINE IS OUR HAPPY PLACE!

Why they chose this property

This is one of our newest properties and it is a special one. The grounds are lovely with lots of trees and a beautiful firepit out back with natural granite used for sitting and the steps. This home is very close to the pristine beaches of Biddeford, known for it's sandy uncrowded beaches. We are only .8 or less mile from Fortunes Rock Beach, Middle Beach, Biddeford Pool. Not far from Goose Rocks , Granite Point and other area beaches- Try all of them- they are all unique and interesting. Hills Beach has 2 islands you can walk to during low tide!
