This house has everything you need! Lots of space for multiple families, amazing pool, secure location and close to the strip! Highly recommend. The host was amazing and super quick with any question’s we had!

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was only a quick 15 minute drive to the convention center, which was so convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

It had a few things that looked nice. The pool mainly. But there were not hooks to hang leashes or a jacket. No hooks in bedrooms to just hang a robe etc not enough towel bars. The washer leaked but we were supposed to just put towels down. The pool could not be heated but she didn't inform us till after we asked on First day out of three nights.. the coffee maker didn't work after a couple times. There was no like lineman mop just to keep the floors clean from coming in front door. No miracle cloths for counter cleanup. Nothing for renter to just keep everything hygienic. I had to hunt for a spray cleaner. I didn't like how living room tv area all boxed in like a maze. Not a good value. And oh. Most of all the cheesy old crappy rugs that looked soiled. Just felt icky to be there. I'd never go back. She needs to upgrade her pots and pans too! Teflon! Scratched. And crappy pans. Disgusting. Not worth it. Never would I rent there. I swam in the cold pool for exercise. Warmed up after 6 lengths. And one more thing. Here irrigation system was on blink too and spraying all over cabana roof making puddles. I redirected as best I could.

Hi Eric, We are sorry to hear that our property didn't meet your standards. I'd to take the opportunity to address some of the issues you have described and some inaccuracies I noticed. Pool Heating. We actually do send a note about pool heating in our first email after booking is complete. In my email to all guests, I ask for 48 hours advance notice for pool heating, as it takes at least 2 days to fully heat. It's also noted in our property description. As I mentioned in my text, it would not have fully heated after day 1 of your 4-night stay. Secondly, we have 4-6 hooks in the laundry room, along with a bench below for jackets and leashes. This area is the drop zone/mudroom. Regarding the washer, I thanked you for bringing this to my attention that we were actually going to be staying for the month of November to do maintenance and would address it immediately. Your stay was quite short that I did not imagine you'd want to be bombarded with a maintenance crew. Regarding the coffee maker, I wasn't aware that the coffee maker stopped working, I would have happily had a new one sent via DoorDash had I known. I actually pride myself on having items delivered immediately that is missing or broken - we just need to know. This morning the cleaning crew did mention that one of the rugs needed to be replaced, and we do this on the regular, as lot of luggage and foot traffic wears on the rugs. We will definitely address this when we arrive. The 'boxed in' comment seems a personal design preference, and we feel that the entire great room is open and airy, with ample seating for a reservation of at least 8 guests. Again, we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. We gave you a very positive review and would like to thank you for leaving the home in great shape! Take care. Terah

Vacation with friends

It was a very nice stay. The accommodation is great, fully equipped and with Uber you can reach the airport and the strip very quickly. We can highly recommend it.

Great Stay and Wonderful Host

I can't say enough about the host Terah. Wonderful at follow up. The house was in great shape and had a very modern design. We stayed here as a team for a work trip and would certainly stay again.

Perfect Vegas stay

Absolutely incredible accomodation for our stay! So clean, so equipped and plenty of space - even for 9 of us staying. Immaculately clean throughout and very easy to get to the strip/around Vegas in cars/Ubers. 100% recommend. Host was friendly, accomodating and great communication. And very few noticeable planes overhead despite being so close to the airport.

Awesome Place and Wonderful Host!!!!

Excellent Location! Close to the strip, to the airport, and Red Rock Canyon. Responsive Host. Terah is quick to respond to all of your questions and very accommodating. The Luxe Estate has everything you need. Modern appliances, Fun game room, beautiful pool, plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen.

On Point

Great Place!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable environment. The location was perfect. The airport less that 10 minutes. Terah was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They provided clear instructions and were quick to respond to any questions I had, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience at this property was fantastic. A Tranquil Heaven in Las Vegas!

We had a wonderful time at the property. The location was great, tucked in a quiet neighbourhood. Very close to the airport (well not always nice hearing planes landing and taking off) but that wasn't a downer at all. Now the house, this is a spacious open plan set-up with lots and lots and lots of supplies to help you settle in and not having to run to the store for anything. Terah the host was always available but we did not need to contact her. We cannot emphasise enough how cool the well equipped the property was. One thing is the description on vbro does not fully express how wonderful the property is. All i would say is if you have any reason to visit Las Vegas this is where you should stay!

Diamond in the Rough

I can not begin to express how absolutely amazing this place is. It is beautiful and such a slice of paradise! They have everything you need, seriously everything. I recommend doing a kitchen check before shopping because we went to load up for the weekend and they already had half the stuff we went and bought, haha. If you need it check because they probably have it, including pool floats! The location is amazing if you want to be close to the strip and other highlights but be away from all the noise and hustle bustle. I think it’s like literally 2 mins from the airport and maybe 15 min from the strip. Don’t quote me on the times but seriously, it’s close! They also provide a rental car for an additional cost per day which is nice if you don’t want to Uber and have a little more freedom to come and go when you please. Communication with the owner’s is quick and easy and they are very sweet and helpful! I could rave and rave about this place but all I can say is seriously consider this place when booking your Paradise stay because I know we will be again!

Paradise!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing Vrbo property and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The house is situated on a large piece of land, giving us plenty of space and privacy. The swimming pool was definitely the highlight for us- it was so refreshing to take a dip in the heat! The four bedrooms were all very spacious and beautifully decorated, and the newly renovated interiors made everything feel fresh and clean. We especially loved the casita with the arcade- it was so much fun to have all of those games right at our fingertips! Overall, I couldn't recommend this property more- we had such a fantastic time and hope to return again soon!
