When you picture a getaway that captures the glamor of the golden years of Hollywood, you imagine elegant Modernist homes with pools, patios, clean lines and panoramic views from the vast window walls. La Roca House is a private hideaway that captures desert elegance perfectly.

As soon as you set foot on the cool polished concrete floors of this one-of-a-kind modernist home, you'll notice how harmoniously it interacts with the surrounding landscapes. Architect Lance O'Donnell crafted the home so that every room would have its own unique view of the sun-soaked paradise around it.

The spacious interiors are flooded with natural light (thanks to the 11-foot floor to ceiling windows) and the multiple sliding doors bring the fresh breezes in. The outdoor area, designed by renowned local Modernist William Kopelk, is south-facing and bathed in sunshine. It's entirely private, with stunning views of the mountains and multiple cozy lounging spots.

Wake up from a restful sleep and sip your Nespresso coffee in the cool morning air on the outdoor patio. Head out for an action-packed day of exploring Palm Springs, or simply stretch out by the pool with a good book and soak up the sunshine.

There's plenty of room for everyone to relax in their own space. The master bedroom features a California King Bed and a private en-suite bathroom, and the additional two bedrooms are connected by a shared bathroom and a private outdoor seating area.

At the end of a big day filled with adventures you'll look forward to cooling down with a refreshing dip in your own hot tub and pool. Kick back with a cold drink on a balmy evening, cook up a delicious feast on the Lynx grill and admire the famous colors of the desert sunset.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
