This beautiful stone holiday home is located in Orbanii, a village near Barban. It consists of several separate units that surround the courtyard and form a whole unit. The main house consists of ground floor and first floor, which are connected by an internal staircase, while the first floor is also accessible by stairs from the outside. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom, while on the second floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom. In the second house there are two bedrooms on the ground floor as well as a large bathroom that is directly accessible from the courtyard, one room is a walk-through room. Particularly noteworthy is the large room with jacuzzi, billiards and the covered summer kitchen, which is glazed so that it can be opened or closed as required. The courtyard is dominated by a large swimming pool where you can cool off on hot summer days. On the sun terrace, shade has also been thought of, which you will find under large fixed parasols made of natural materials.
