Thank you for your feedback. However, we’d like to clarify for future guests that this comment is misleading. Our kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and essentials appropriate for the property size and occupancy. The guest never contacted us during their stay to mention any concern — if they had, we would have gladly delivered anything additional right away. Regarding spices, we intentionally do not provide opened food items for health and safety reasons, which is a standard practice across professional vacation rentals. Any leftover condiments or spices from previous guests are properly discarded to maintain cleanliness and guest safety. We take pride in providing a clean, well-equipped home and responsive service, as reflected in the overwhelming majority of our 5-star reviews.

The pool is available to heat during the winter months for $50 a day our apologies for the cool temps during the winter.

Pool issues have been fixed and we did have a hairline leak that has since been repaired. Yes I agree this property is not good for pets as we do want pets but do offer for $300 pet fee. Guest complain about some minor issues in the home that also were addressed same day. Hope is in perfect condition !
