Get away from it all at this direct beach front 3-bedroom, 2 bath unit at Las Brisas Condos in sunny Madeira Beach. Large living area with flat screen TV, large reclining couch, recliner, double private balcony, amazing sunsets and ample seating. Well stocked newer kitchen. Includes ONE covered parking spot. Speedy Wi-Fi throughout. Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath and balcony access. 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, ensuite bath and sleeps 4. Additional guest bedroom has two single beds. Unit sleeps 8 total. Every bedroom has a smart TV. Las Brisas is located on a charming stretch of Madeira Beach yet close to all attractions: bars, restaurants and John’s Pass. Beautiful, large pool adjacent to the ocean with ocean views and private bathrooms. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. Please note: Las Brisas is a no pet facility. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the condo.

Our host was exceptional and the accommodations were very nice. A small problem came up and was handled fast and professionally. Host immediately answered every question and even went out of there way to leave a shower chair for my wife. Thanks for a great stay, great accommodations, and all the memories made.

We spent 6 days in early February in Jennifer's condo with 4 adults, one 4-year-old and one 1-year-old baby. Right from the start I felt at ease communicating with Jennifer, she responded to all my questions literally in minutes. The apartment is exactly as described, no surprises here. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with loads of dishes, pots and pans. We even found basics like salt, pepper, oil etc. in the pantry. The bedrooms are spacious with the master bedroom facing the beach. You can literally watch the sunsets from your bed. Traveling with kids we brought sand toys in our luggage which we added to the collection we found in the condo. We also left a highchair for future family travelers. We used the provided pack and play with the baby. Luckily, I had packed a fitted sheet which would be a good addition for future guests with a baby. There were plenty of beach towels and sun chairs. The location of Las Brisas is fantastic. So easy to just take the elevator down and you're right on the beautiful white sandy beach. The building itself looks and feels a little dated, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay in Jennifer's condo again.

It is a beautiful spot, quiet and beautiful sunsets every evening.The apartment was clean too which is important.The host was easy to contact and she is knowledgeable of the area.

Madeira Beach is a family friendly beach. Welcoming and unpretentious with lots of locals who welcome visitors to their slice of heaven. The area is also very safe with lots of public spaces and easy to negotiate.

What makes this property unique

CUSTOMER FOCUS. This is my first and only rental property. Your questions and needs are my purpose…NOT an inconvenience. I have been in major account management for decades and understand the importance of significant decisions like where to spend time with your loved ones. Time is limited, but memorable vacations live forever. My goal is to create them for my guests.
