Stayed here 3 nights and wished that we could have stayed longer. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the house and the short distance to beach and other must-visit spots so much. Zero complaint and only compliments!

A dream

This beach house is an absolute dream! Beautifully decorated, spacious, and just a short stroll to the sand. The waterfront beach pavilion and next-door pool were perfect, and the kids loved the arcade!

Gorgeous home

Kate's place has everything we need for a perfect vacation. The house is clean and spacious with comfy beds. There are plenty of amenities; you won't have to make extra trips to the groceries store for every single little thing like dish pods or laundry detergent. The free beach tram is so convenience as we have kids and elderly in our group. You won't regret booking this home.

Excellent

We love this house so much. It is clean, beautiful, spacious, close to the beach, yet very affordable. Both the host and the staff at the beach pavilion were so kind and professional. The host even partners with local businesses with zero benefit to herself, just to get us discounts. We had the best time here and would love to be back in the future.

Amazing home

The home and the host were amazing. I will definitely book this home again. If not this home another home with this host. Our host was very responsive when it came to addressing questions and providing pertinent communications related to our stay. The stay was wonderful, the home was clean and the location was great! Beach ready

We love our stay. The house is stunning and clean. Having the beach wagon and gear ready to go saved us so much hassle. We played pickleball all morning and loved chilling on the balconies at night. Everything is nearby. Super smooth stay, 100% recommend!

Absolute best trip ever

We had the absolute best trip! The house was spotless, which gave this mama major peace of mind. The kids were totally obsessed with the arcade, and that quick stroll to the beach was a lifesaver. Kate was so sweet and quick to text back. We’ll be back!

Kate responded quickly to assist us with anything we needed. The house was well equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay and more. It was so cozy and inviting. We also thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. It was safe, everyone was friendly, and it was walking distance to some great spots! We were sad we had to leave!

Wonderful Vacation

This house was perfect for our group! Easy walk to the private beach, beautiful neighborhood. Kids loved the community pools and basketball courts. House was fully stocked, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!
