Mainsail 463 has been completely remodeled to fit the Destin, FL, area's beachy chic atmosphere. This two-bedroom condo features new upscale appliances, counter tops, flooring, fresh paint, and custom enhancements throughout. Not only has the interior been remodeled but the exterior of the entire building has been revamped and looks gorgeous. Located within the Mainsail Resort, you'll have access to the property's amenities, such as the community pool, beach access, fitness center, and game room. Situated in Miramar Beach near central Destin, guests will enjoy the proximity to all the most popular area attractions, shopping, restaurants, and beaches.

Upon entering the condo, guests are greeted with the open-concept living area with plenty of seating around the flatscreen TV. The well-appointed kitchen features new updates with appliances, countertops, and cabinetry. The dining area offers seating for four with three stools at the breakfast bar. Guests can cross the main area to the balcony, which is fully furnished and features incredible beach views.

Below Expectations

Upon arrival, I turned in multiple complaints to maintenance from instructions in Condo. Immediately got a call from Emerald and they said they haven’t done maintenance in a long time in Mainsail 463. Finally got VACASA. Odor in condo, blinds were ripped, master BR door knob didn’t work, we got locked inside bard room. Queen Bathroom door knob didn’t work. Queen Bathroom had mold in shower ceiling. Master sink stopped up. Curtains in master were ripped. Light bulbs out in Master vanity. Master shower curtain looked moldy at the bottom. We love the mainsail property but this condo was the worst we have stayed in over the years. Very misleading and disappointing.

Cute home!

Loved the place it was clean and it was just a cute condo! You could see the beach from your balcony it was walking distance to the beach less then 3 min walk !
