Just like advertised

The property was very clean and only a short walk away from the beach, the only thing I didn’t like was when I asked if we could check in an hour earlier I got a text message, saying not to ask to check in earlier, but other than that everything was just like advertised. we will definitely return.

Positives: large and spacious living space, short walk to beach. Lots of closet space. Large pool deck. Dog friendly. Two large garbage cans with two pick up dates. Manager did text back each time I brought an issue to their attention, we just didn’t want maintenance everyday on vacation and felt they could then plan ahead before next group checked-in. . They did Offer to come out & fix. Negatives: blinds in master don’t open all way(old& broken), no screens on patio slider doors (doors are rickety), pool was not heated, pool chairs covered in mold on bottom side, no beach accessories, more plates needed, no hangers in closets, master bath light flickers on/off, leak in living room ceiling from upstairs, all the pans were put away filthy dirty (took video of it), 2nd shower tub did not drain, & house smelled like sewer line upon entry (cleared up after washing all pans, dishes, & running washer). The RV park is next door with a lot of “weed” odor! I recommend replacing all mattresses as well. HVAC service let themselves in without us knowing while we were at the beach…a heads up would have been nice but that was blamed on the owner. The downstairs floor is buckled from a prior leak, half bath door gets stuck on it. Lastly, stock more towels & washcloths, kitchen storage containers, , and dish towels (2). We had to go buy hangers, food storage containers & salad bowls.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This was a great getaway! The location was in walking distance to the beach with many restaurants and shopping nearby. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The pool was right outside our back door! Would definitely stay here again!

golf trip

the property was very clean and pretty. the only issue we had at all was check-in and we arrived a bit early about 20 minutes and we were not allowed to have the code to check-in until exactly 4 p.m. we played 3 golf courses which were beautiful and our stay was great.

Short walk to the beach

We had a great stay. Brought our 2 greyhounds for a Florida vacation. Place was perfect for us. Short walk to the beach - however dogs not allowed on the beach (fyi for those coming in the future). Beach is gorgeous!! Would stay again.
