Step into our inviting townhouse!

Nestled perfectly for a family retreat or a weekend escape with friends, our two-level home boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and convenient amenities like a washer and dryer on the main floor. Rise and shine with your favorite brew, soaking in the sunrise from one of two private balconies overlooking the glistening emerald waters. Then, wander across to the stunning sandy beach just steps away (less than 100 yards), immersing yourself in its serene beauty.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open layout merging seamlessly into the dining area and a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the essentials for crafting your own culinary delights. With seating for six at the dining table and additional bar stools at the breakfast bar, there's ample space for lively conversations or family feasts. The living area beckons with a wet bar, fridge, and coffee maker, offering plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. Unwind on the sofa bed, loveseat, or recliners while catching up on your favorite shows or taking in the scenery from the main balcony.

Retreat to the Master bedroom upstairs, complete with a king-size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Downstairs, the second bedroom awaits with a queen trundle bed and full-size bed, along with access to the guest bathroom and a private balcony leading to the pool or beach. And for added convenience, the washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main floor.

Security Note: For your safety, a single camera monitors the driveway and front door, recording audio and video as a precautionary measure. Rest assured, there are no cameras within the house or in private areas.

Awesome place

Enjoyed everything about the place, it was very clean, comfortable, had everything you need and then some. Had a few doggy supplies and some doggy treats. Quick access to the beach across the road and close place to eat. Loved it all, thanks again to our sweet hostess, you were so kind and easy to reach.

Lovely Blue Wave townhome

Cleanest and well stocked rental we have stayed in. A great location, with the gulf right across the street! Lovely pool area right off our patio. We were surprised to find the main living room upstairs with the kitchen downstairs. It was inconvenient for anyone dealing with stair issues… only negative for us. Communication with Yani was the best!

Perfect location

This well appointed property is perfectly located for the beach, walks along the boardwalk or a good meal. Our host was very eager to please and when i suggested it would be good to have a baby gate for the stairs, one was dropped off within a couple of hours! Very well stocked interior and every toy needed for the pool or beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

We came to Destin for the birth of our new grandson. Our hosts were fabulous and the place was perfect! My husband (and I agreed) said it was literally the cleanest place we have ever stayed in! The location is perfect and the view is amazing! The hosts left treats for our pup and we had plenty of coffee and snacks to get us through the first couple of days. I cooked for my son and daughter-in-law and had all the needed pots and pans and utensils I needed. We also didn’t need to buy detergent, trash bags, etc that you usually have to go and get as soon as you get to a vacation rental. We will definitely be back!
