GORGEOUS beachy 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom 2nd floor condo on 30A with 5 beach access includes 4 beach chairs and umbrella. This is the perfect place for your next vacation. The condo is located steps from the community pool and close to Stinky's Fish Camp, Gulf Place and Grand Boulevard.

This great beachy condo is conveniently located on the quieter West end of 30-A close to Topsail State Park Preserve and Dune Allen Beach access. This area boasts beautiful state parks, coastal dune lakes and 19 miles of scenic bike trails. Walk across the street and enjoy BBQ and BBQ@3Sons or enjoy a morning coffee and pastry at Kith & Kin.

The condo has all you need including 2-bedrooms, 2-baths, queen sleeper sofa and is located a short walk from Dune Allen Beach and Top Sail Preserve. Enjoy the community pool or spend your day on the Emerald Coast full of trips to Baytowne Adventure Zone, Blue Mountain Beach, and more. This condo is located on the famous 30A highway and is a great place to kick your feet up on your private balcony with a fantastic private view looking out to the forest.

All linens including blankets and comforters are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind.

Snorkelers will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef opened in 2017. It is located 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access and has 4 snorkeling reefs comprising of 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Quiet and accessible beach spot

Toes in the Sand is a beautiful condo and was perfect for our SRB vacation! The condo is decorated in a classy, beachy theme and was so clean and comfortable. Everything was picture perfect and ready for us when we arrived. We had no issues or surprises, it was just as listed. We would definitely rent from SRB Vacation Rentals again.

30A Toes in the Sand

The condo was perfect. Everything in the description was true. Great location that was minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was spacious enough for my husband and two daughters for our five day stay. The bedrooms were great with amazing sheets and comforters. We will be coming back next year and hope to stay with you again.

This condo was awesome and came with everything we needed (even things we forgot to bring) to have a great stay in Florida and enjoy time at the beach!

The condo was super clean, very cute, and well furnished. Not only did it have everything you’d expect, such as towels and dishes, it even had Tupperware for leftovers, beach towels, lawn chairs, and coffee. The condo had a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, which helped us spend less time cleaning up and even allowed us to do our laundry before going home. We were very impressed! The area was very nice and lovely for walking. We really enjoyed exploring the trail in the woods behind the property. The neighbors were very friendly and even brought us pamphlets with restaurant recommendations! I’d go back tomorrow if I had more PTO! This was a fantastic trip! 10/10 would recommend the beautiful beaches of Santa Rosa and this lovely condo!

Quiet , lovely and comfortable spot for us while visiting the area.

We truly enjoyed Toes in the sand. A beautiful unit that is nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture and beds. Many extras that we were surprised were provided.A gorgeous beach- for miles. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella . They also had beach towels , some sand toys and snorkel equipment.- which we did not use but we are sure others may. The pool was refreshing and so nice to have. It was a very convenient spot for us for events we were attending. Close groceries and several good restaurants. We were especially enjoyed 3 Sons BBQ - definitely get the collards! And we had nice meals at The Perfect Pig. Several of us had grouper. We recommend this spot and hope if you do, you enjoy it like we did.

Great location, condo, overall experience!

If you are looking for a nice condo in a great location this is the one for you! It’s close to everything we needed - restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The complex is quiet with a nice pool. The condo is clean, updated, with nicer furniture. The beds were very comfortable and enough extra pillows to be comfortable. I’m used to sleeping with a ceiling fan and the bedrooms and living room had great ceiling fans with remotes to adjust the speed. I appreciated the Keurig machine and coffee bar, toaster, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher. There were even local maps, menus, and guides. Before we arrived we received an email with local attractions and resources we may have needed. Throughout our stay we had a contact person for any concerns or questions. Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Destin.

When accepting the reservation via AirBnB/VRBO, you agree to the rental agreement terms and "house rules". A signed vacation rental agreement is required by the county. Guest must submit a photocopy of government issue identification as part of booking requirements. This property requires a $300 security deposit by putting a HOLD on the Guest's credit card prior to the arrival date.
