It is a beautiful ground floor apartment with west-facing terrace with garden furniture and beach chair. It has a bedroom with double bed. The bathroom was upgraded in 2018 with a walk-in shower and new furniture.
In the living area is a sofa bed, so that an extra bed for an additional guest is possible. The fitted kitchen with dining area is integrated in the living area. The rent includes bed linen and towels (no change of linen). A pet is possible on request. There is free Wi-Fi.
The apartment has a parking space.

At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

The peninsula Fischland-Darß-Zingst lies between Rostock and Stralsund.
You reach Prerow on the B 105, crossing Löbnitz then direction Barth or crossing Altheide, then on the Bäderstraße. Prerow is very central and offers a lot of excursion possibilities in addition to the white sandy beach: maritime museum, Ozeaneum, free time bath "Hanse Dom" in Stralsund, bird park Marlow.
In spring and autumn, the cranes can always be observed.
The environment invites to long bike rides.
